Very nice. It starts off with a sort of generic fantasy aesthetic, but it has some unexpected creative flourishes. I like how the leader of the necromancers is a Frankenstein's-monster-like entity. And I don't think I've seen roach people before. I love the illustrations, too.

I want to play this just to be able to smash the rails and centralise the grubber separatist liberation movement! the npcs are my favorite part of this but the whole adventures got strong readability and oozes mood.

I love your cast of characters here!  Really fun.  I also found the premise unique and exciting, yet easy to grok, all of which is aided by the super clean presentation.  I could imagine running this at the table without much prep, which I always appreciate.  Nice work!

It takes stones to name a location "The Town of Dull." This is oozing personality, but manages to still achieve OSR brevity and usability.

Offers a nice exploration part where PCs can choose to go where they wish. I like the different factions and the views they have on one another. Npcs have nice portraits too. I would suggest telling the GM upfront what causing the mutations and how it can be resolved.

This adventure gives you a hex, several NPCs with various goals, an awesome table of mutations, and a slick tower dungeon. I don't want to give away any spoilers, but the lowest level of the dungeon has a very cool situation which will require clever thinking on the players part.

This looks super fun. I like the variety of locations and encounters. I want a mutation now!
