Very cute game! The controls were quite challenging and I was hoping I could "drift" in the waters, ha ha. I especially liked the music! It blends really well with the art style which helps convey a really neat deep waters vibe for the game. Great work! :D

Really nice game, the art and music especially created a beautiful underwater ambience.

great ambiance, and i don't know how you handled the colors changing in and outside of the light, but it looks fantastic.

I'm tempted to put the source up but will need to clean it up a bit - jam code gets messy XD

That was a nice dream-like experience, the music and art really helped at establishing a great atmosphere! The controls may take some time getting used to, but it makes it all the more rewarding once you master them. The level design is enjoyable as well, I really like that getting every fish is not mandatory. Great work! Oh, and nice dithering too :)

As I said more than one time, I liked the game. Music and art is really impressive, the gameplay can be a bit more improved (controls, for example) and adding multiple endings (like, if you get 0 fishes, some of them and all of them instead of a changing phrase). For the rest, it’s a good game and I thank you for the experience :)

Couldn’t play in Firefox or Chromium: after pressing start, there’s only grey screen and music playing.

That's interesting thanks for letting me know, can you tell me what versions of the chrome/firefox you are using please?

I've tested in up to date chrome, firefox and edge and it's all good here.

I tried the following Linux browsers, getting the same behaviour:

  • Firefox Developer Edition 91.0b7
  • Pale Moon 29.3.0
  • Chromium 92.0.4515.107

I really appreciate you taking the time to let me know this, thanks again :)

The art is really nice for how simplistic it is! Controls are a little weird and too "realistic", like I'm fighting the water to move around.

Fun! Challenging and relaxing in the right measure.

Really cute and pleasant little game. It looks and sounds great. Amazing how you were able to get the lighting to work so well with such a limited colour palette. Great work!

Lovely game, really nicely made.

The controls could use some work, I felt like I was fighting the controls more than playing the game.
