Did you work in a team?
I did the design, coding, and graphics. Chris (@gruber_music) did the music and sfx. We've worked together before and it is always a pleasure!

Was the resolution a challenge?
No problem with the resolution. I rarely go above 128x128. :)

This game is pretty incredible! Very polished, feels great to play and manages to show so much in such a small resolution! Just great, well done!

Awesome game. Well polished.

I used to love mini golf games as a kid, and this definitely reminded me of them, and how many hours I spent trying to improve my high score, well done!

I absolutely loved the little details, the tire marks, the fact you can destroy the flag and the numbers, etc.

But seriously, why do you have to be sooooo mean on the green? I kept losing and losing and losing, it’s not fair 🤣

Love it, easily the best game I’ve played so far!

I can't think of a better execution of the low rez concept. Very well done!

Amazing job with the game dude, I really have nothing in mind I could say to improve that! So much details and a very enjoyable gameplay, good job!

I wish it was longer.

Really fun and polished game!
I liked the inclusion of golf carts.

There's so much attention to detail here I love it! Being able to run over signs, driving my cart into the water and being surprised when my cart is ruined, seeing the tracks behind the golf cart, it's all amazing!

I remember you mentioning in a tweet how you got the cart to be 3D (using sprite stacking) and I want to say you totally nailed it, it looks great!

In general, the "3D" parts of this game feel so good. The way the ball's shadow tracks under the ball as it goes high in the air is really slick.

It took me more than a few tries on the first hole to realize that when on the green, you want to press X when the cursor is on the marked section, NOT the green section.

Gameplay-wise, at the start I had mixed feelings about what seemed to be a purely probabilistic golf game (move the circle farther, more probability for error, closer = more precise), but in the end I really liked the simplicity of it. I think there are enough golf games with 'power meters' and timing your shot. I was here for a relaxing game of golf and I got it (plus the 'on the green' had the "power meter" anyway).

Really great job, you really nailed it! I ended with a 43 because I did some, uh, 'limit testing' near some of the rivers haha.

What a lovely game, the little touches really bring it all together. The freedom with the golf carts is a lot of fun. Taking a break to sink them in the water is recommended. Really nice job.

Being able to drive into a sign after your ball lands into a sand trap. Perfection!

Swimming could be a little faster.

But everything is else is just joyful. The art style, the music, and being able to express yourself with the cart. I played with a smile on my face all the whole time.

Great job!
