Excellent game, even though I don't like vehicular murder as a rule but this was great. Needed a score counter and a clear idea of progression

Of feeling evil, I most definitely did. The sound, screams the blood sputter. It all combined together very nicely.
I think a narrative would do the game justice because you dont just go running over people for the sake of it.

The UI can also be improved in terms of both graphics and  feedback eg No, of villagers killed and number left.
The controls were also not very smooth, it made it a bit hard to play.

I really loved how smooth and responsive the controls were in controlling the car and I love how the game was it was truly DIABOLICAL

This game is DIABOLICAL. The game  art and effects are lit.

I would've loved to see a score functionality in the game.

If we had to hit zombies then it wouldn't be a Diabolical game would it? It took me a while to get the controls right but when I did, I had fun playing the game. I like the music, sound, blood,  color, environment, and screams.

Well done Brian and Dennis.

This is a top-class game, with smooth controls and a pretty evil theme

I would say probably too evil, you got probably hit zombies or other cars

The only jank I saw was when you rolled over people, the car would have a hard time moving afterwards (P.S love the way time slows for a bit when you hit someone)

Developer

Yeah, we were trying to go with a very evil Theme

Awesome game. I really love how diabolic it was, felt really evil knocking people down ๐Ÿ˜ญ, plus the blood splash on the screen and the screaming , also made the game so realistic. There wasn't a clear objective though, and the truck acceleration wasn't too responsive.

This game reminded me of GTA vice city. those were really diabolic intention to take those villagers souls, lol. nice work on the acceleration. I think it would be better to leave the steering to joystick and acceleration and break to a separate button. add a story explaining why you have to kill those poor farmers and add a person killed count. maybe you got to kill 5 (demons) in a given time could give the game a purpose. nice work for making it smooth.

Interesting choice for a game.

Not sure what the player objective is... run over people with the aim of achieving???

Please change the instruction to kill the zombies with your truck and change the villagers to zombies. I think that would be less painful to play :)

The Theme was to be Diabolical

Developer

I was trying to go for a "Murderous rampage without a purpose kind of deal". To really delve into the diabolical nature of the act.

The developers weren't kidding when they titled this Souls: The Gathering. If you have a soft heart, you don't play this one. The screams, the crushing sounds as your run over people running for their lives.

Gameplay was smooth. Presentation could be better. From start expected to play a reaper, but found myself driving a truck, so kinda put off there. Creatively, could do with some work but overall, great game.

Developer

Yeah, i guess we could have done a better job with the presentation
