Visuals are cool, and I'd say you achieved what you wanted with the colors. The stun after being hit is either too long or shouldn't be there; it's easy to get hit right after the stun finishes because you couldn't move out of the way. Overall, it was a nice experience.

nice little game
i liked the music and the visuals to
the character disappeared on the screen change going right after the last boss so i exited and started again to finish the game
I truely loved the feeling your game gives, it works really well in all of its aspects !
I wanted to share some potential fixes you could possibly implement if you have the time and envy ofc:
• The stun that you get hit is a bit too long, the most problematic moment for me being the 2d boss : if you get hit in the middle of the room, you have high chances to get hit in a continuous loop
• When you die you don't respawn at the spaceship, I found it a little bit annoying (strong word for a little problem) because you have to get through the menu.
• Maybe the balance between sounds could have been cleaner but nothing that I couldn't bear :p
Other than that, I had a short but great time playing your game, congrats !
Yeah the stun and the respawn are the two biggest problems I have with the game.
The res pawn I'm currently working on, and the stun I just need to adjust the value, so odds are both of those things will be released in the next patch.
I need to find out if I can modify the game during the jam or not.

This one was one of my favs. I liked the color palettes with each area. The music was super fun. I didn't like that dying didn't automatically respawn me at the last checkpoint. And I would've loved to play with controller. But other than that this was a very cool concept.
