good game.
As mentioned previously that one room with the red door at the entrance is/was a thing.
and , but this may also be just my computer, the collision detection for the dash can be finacky as I manages to dash inside a wall during/while screen transitioning.
it probably wont happen often but it can happen.

a "suicide" button would be nice to have there :-)

Exploring the map was a lot of fun and controls were smooth, I really liked how open it is from the start, truly feels like a metroidvania.

Solid step at game dev! I think that you have a good basis here for an entire Metroidvania/sidescroller/puzzle game, especially with some more work and finesse! The controls work quite well, hit detection seems to be good, and I found no bugs while playing. The wall jump feels a bit weird, but actually works easily and great!

Well done for the publication! You can find some of the mechanics characteristic of metroid vania even if the game lacks a bit of polish, there is a good base.
