Like the music. In the beginning the damage is very low, but it's super easy to buy max damage upgrade and one hit kill everything.
Interesting gameplay, great music, cool graphics. Although it's fairly easy go through.

This was fun! When I read that it was a top down shooter/tower defence game I thought I'd be helping my towers defend against waves, so it was a nice surprise that they were two independent parts. It took me a round or two to understand what the memory part was about, but when it clicked everything made sense.
Also adding to what Black Flag said about the shop, I think I was able to max out the upgrades several times, and the buffs kept stacking so I was running around super fast by the end xD That was fun to do in its own way though. Keep it up!

Great graphics! I really liked the flicking between semi-dungeon-crawler and tower defence. The speech was also very funny! I also liked the music for the separate locations, that was a nice touch! The tower defence mechanics also felt quit polished!
I was able to buy everything in the shop instantly, not sure if that was intentional. The UI in the menu also looked a bit off, might just be to do with the resolution though, it wasn't a big deal though!
Overall, I really enjoyed playing, and this is a great entry!
