very pretty game!!! somehow nostalgic? the feeling of popping bubbles is great!
also excellent use of controls!

Original concept I have to say that. and the art is also amaizing..

Submitted(+1)

Awesome art and original conceit. I never really felt in control of what was going on though- soo many candy!

Submitted(+1)

omg the game looks fantastic. I like the idea and really really like the art! but it's just weird(?) without sounds

Submitted(+1)

A very cool and solid game! Good the art style and pallete!

Developer

I'm happy to hear that, thank you for playing! ♡

Submitted(+1)

Interesting concept and  use of the limitation. More variety of balls would make it more interesting and enjoyable.

Developer

Thank you! That would certainly be an interesting addition and spice that the game lacks! I will definitely consider it in future improvements♡

Submitted(+1)

Very cool art style and color selection, gameplay reminds me a bit of Tetris. Some more variety for the balls e.g. balls that explode and lets you fly high up and fall harder for area clearing and stuff like that would make it much more replayable in my opinion.

Developer(+1)

Hii, I'm glad you liked it! ♡
Tetris was definitely one of the core inspirations of this game! Also that is an interesting suggestion.. I will see if I can implement something similar in an update post-jam!

Nice use of the 2 button limit. Even with the limitation the  controls feel responsive and fun. As others have said, yeah some sound and music would really add a lot to the game. Good job!

Developer(+1)

I'm happy you liked it!♡
During the jam, I completely skipped over the topic of sounds but I  will definitely update this game post-jam and fill in the rest of the missing ingredients it deserve!

Submitted(+1)

The pixel art is amazing and the small aspects like the noise and +1 point graphic made the minimal mechanics much more enjoyable! Given more time I bet if the movement and difficulty was more in depth then this game would be great! Nice job.

Developer

Haha glad you liked it! ♡
I will definitely give this game an update will all its missing flavor post-jam!

Submitted(+1)

Really liked the colors and visuals! Too bad there's no sound :(. Once you get the hang of it, the game becomes too easy. I stopped playing around 760 points because it didn't get any harder and felt a bit monotone. Could have a couple more things to make it more challenging

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing the game, I'm really glad you liked it! There was a lot of cool ideas I had to cut out and even stuff like the sound and tutorial. As of now it is a bland sandbox but I plan to make updates to the game post-jam, along with the missing challenges the game deserves! ♡

Submitted(+1)

would love if you would make the game a lil bit more harder but otherwise i greatly enjoyed playing the game!

Developer

Thanks for checking it out♡
I'll definitely be updating this game with the missing flavors  post-jam!

Great visuals, shades of purple are my favorite kind of shades. I am a bit slow and didn't figure out at first what to do in the game

Developer

Purple is a very nice color!! I understand there can be a bit of confusion in the beginning and I plan to update it with a proper tutorial and explanation this time!

Submitted(+1)

The 2 button limitation is used so well!! May I also add i love LOVE the color palette, it's so pretty!

At first i didn't understand what I had to do, I thought I had to push the sweets aside until they reached the dotted line(hadn't realized you got points by diving and eating the candies), maybe add it on the background, just like you added the "jump with a+d" line!

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Thank you so much ><! I will definitely update with a proper tutorial and explanation this time thanks!! ♡

Submitted(+1)

I think you used the two button limitation very well and a pretty good concept. But the first time I played I had no idea what was going on I just saw that you could jump and dive by pressing a+d and so I thought you were supposed to get the balls to the line fastest so I did and then waited for a minute and I died and I couldnt restart so maybe add a tutorial next time and maybe say what the goal of the game is in the Description. After I knew what I was doing it was a decent game.

Developer

Thank you for playing!  I will definitely add a proper tutorial and explanation this time !!

I'm sorry if that was too harsh I get that it was a game jam.

Oh nope no offense taken! Feedback is feedback and it is very useful nonetheless! Thank you taking the time to play I appreciate it! ^^
