Use of the limitation
Empty in atmosphere, physical space, mental space, and music. The entire game feels barren and spooky.

I enjoyed this game! I pressed W but nothin happened. Good work for two hours regardless!
Great atmosphere for a story driven game. Solid effort for 2 hours! Check out my review of your game at https://www.twitch.tv/scalphamission
Wow, right from the beginning it hooked me in! The way the text flowed and timed with the fall was so smooth. Amazing work!
Cool graphics and atmosphere! The music at the end was really good too. The graphics did get a little glitchy on me at the end. (Or was that intentional?)
While falling I ended up just waiting in the same spot to grab pages that appeared below me, since my reflexes weren't fast enough to grab farther away ones.
Ok, you made a game in two hours and you got everyone’s intrigued attention. Great! We want more!
Nice little game, i liked the visuals and music, even though it got a little repeititve over time. Try to find out how to fix the being stuck in the wall issue, because that caused me to stop playing the game, especially because i think it's a little too hard. But balancing games isn't an easy task, and my game got way too difficult, so i can't really complain... XD
Cool little experience, I like the ambience and the art. I couldn't figure out how to pass the platformer part of the game tho. If both sides crash the game, then what can I do?
Press W when you find the book on the left
I really enjoyed this. As others have said, the theme is strong but the limitation is not. I still enjoyed it :)
It's a simple game that works well. The concept and presentation of the game are pretty good and I enjoyed the 1 bit style. You seemed to have confused the limitation and theme (theme is optional, limitation is required) unfortunately. The game really fits the theme though and the music is great.
The concept of this was very interesting, but it sadly doesn't fit the limitations of a rogue-like game.
However though, you have absolutely nailed the theme of this jam, and I give it praise for that.
I somehow doesn't find this suits the given limitation of the Jam, but it really well suits the theme.
You must've mistaken the theme and the limitation and so there is not so much roguelike in this game whatsoever.
But the sound and story emphasize the theme really well. I don't know how much important for the Theme, but this game emphasizes the theme very well while some other may have not much about it.
