No AI-generated content was used, apart from a pixel art template taken from Google which was AI-generated by another individual (it was used to trace the basic form for the animated pixel sprites).
How does your game fit/incorporate the theme of the game jam?
I Wish I Was is packed full of references to the adventures and streams of Vedal987 and Neuro-sama, a callback to their antics. The wordbank for this typing game also has several references. In addition, a familiar face from the past has persisted and turned against Vedal, seeking revenge in a final showdown. The epilogue features several items and stories taken from the most entertaining streams of Neuro-sama and Vedal.

The idea is is pretty cute, but it was more than annoying when I got to the later stages, as much as the font makes it much more frustrating for the player (plus the confusion at not being able to type lowercase). The lives didn't do much at the end either, since the timer is an instant kill anyway. I did like the references and dialogue though, that was pretty enjoyable. - Devinant
It got a bit too hard for me at the end. But I liked it a lot. Creative idea. Cool twitch overlay and typing games are pretty rare. Songs were also picked well.

After introducing the bottle of rum, I misread "lives" as "livers". I do like typing games. big fan of the twitch inspired layout.
