Awaking in Autumn wasn't a sensation I would think of intuitively, but I'm really glad I listened. I learned a lot from the first track, also are you guys using crotales? The high pitched instrument sounds like it's doing pitch + octave up, is this doubling or intrinsic to the instrument? I like the percussive role the guitar plays sometimes. 

The picture is really cool, but it didn't make sense to me until I heard the first few notes of "Scent of Spring" then I understood. What is that woodwind you guys are using I'm not too well versed, but is it a long dizi or bawu? I really love pentatonic sound, so this song got me good. Easily one of my favorites. 

I like the pacing of "Whispers of Winter" and the more percussive route taken.

In "Love Lost" I really do appreciate how the texture of the synths change, the riser was also cool into percussion instruments. The synths are super cool for me, they are extremely musical in their expression. I do like how the theme was doubled by different instruments to move the song along but keep the central idea there. 

For "Soul of Summer" I really like how u buildup the intro, its pretty bepic. 

Overall really amazing submissions, nice job guys! My Fav is def Spring and Autumn.

Excellent job! The tracks are very cohesive, they convey the feeling of connection and separation well. My favorites are "Awakening of Autumn" and "Soul of summer". But all tracks are amazing!

Great tracks! Love the variety and blend of different textures. Overall, really creative compositions with lots of pleasantly surprising elements!

Connect – Awakening of Autumn: This is very pleasant and you have a solid chord progression that makes the music sound serene with a magical quality to it. I like your balance of acoustic with electronic instrument choices. My favorite part of this is the synth bell tones in the second half that give the musical imagery of leaves falling.

Past – Scent of Spring: Pizzicato strings are an excellent choice for a spring theme! Your choice of instrumentation and use of erhu do a good job emphasizing the vibe you are trying to achieve.

Future – Whispers of Winter: This is my favorite track of your soundtrack! I think the lofi ambient electronic vibes are contrasted nicely with the reverberated strings that give the sense that outside it’s cold, but maybe inside it’s warmer.

Tomorrow – Love Lost: I like that the chord progression you used varies in how long each chord is held in order to support the melody. This is solid writing that makes it feel chill and cohesive.

Present – Soul of Summer: You have a great balance in this track with epic-sounding chords and the plucked high-register ostinato figure. I also think that the swells in the structure of this track add a story arc that makes this stand out and gives it a strong cinematic quality.

Overall: These are all excellently crafted themes and it is awesome to think that all of them are from the same game. You have created a musical soundscape that would allow for so much exploration in the game’s story through the music. Thank you for sharing and excellent work!

This is some mood setting BGM if i've ever heard any. Makes me imagine having a conversation with each of the characters from your thumbnail image. The last track is simply beautiful and I picture exploring a lush landscape. The ending to summer is both beautiful and mysterious. I feel the presence of nature in all 5 songs. And when the lofi beat drops... chefkiss

I like how my first thoughts when listening was "mmh i would have chosen that texture for another season" and then when the next track hits, you instantly understand what you see at which time of the year

So good. This is music that immediately feels like it came from a game, not just composed for a jam. Listened to all the tracks and loved it.

Love the chord progressions and leads you went with. Theres a particular moment that repeats in Connect-Awakening of Autumn that I find to be absolutely divine. Something about the way you conclude the progression just really agrees with my ears.
