hoanglongplanner - Drumming is hard, my hands can't keep up.

Parryudori - Mice Squeaking

Theme:

Tick Tock...

How does it fit the theme?
Enjoy the unique musical experiences that no other, just enjoy your time listening to it. :))

The "tick tock" theme was used as inspiration for the music to describe the story of a woman named Magnolia over the course of her adventures. Even though she went on many adventures around London, she still remembers and is waiting for someone who was dear to her. However, in this timeline, she never knows what happened to him. She is undoubtedly waiting for him where they first met, keeping on hoping she will meet him again.

For this timeline, time have played such a cruel fate to her.

Very nice! An honestly good electronic soundtrack with good production and good composition.

It's very impressive how much you got done here - almost 40 minutes of music for a game jam! That's amazing, but i feel like it's also this submissions downfall. If this was for an actual game, there would be no problem, but because this is for a game jam, where every person who wants to rate this is asked to listen to the entire soundtrack, the runtime becomes a problem. It was very hard for me to try to pay attention to all of the music without starting to drift away, since every track is so long and doesn't change too much (i mean, there are different sections, but all of them are very long, and the difference between them seems to be adding or removing a few layers), everything starts to blend together in my memory.

But still, i could definitely tell that there's some pretty good composition, pretty great production, and just a talented artist here, so good job! Maybe just create a little less music next time 😅

Oh yeah, head was swimming. Wasn't sure at all what I was going to get with every track. Sometimes I got surprised right in the middle of a track (like with "I Belong Somewhere Else Lia") where the instrument tone/layout shifted and I found myself in a really desirable space.

Cool songs and artwork, I can imagine it works in a more dreamy game! Certain instruments could use more dynamic for a human touch but I understand the time constraints.

The artwork is superb and the soundtrack often reminded me of Dying Light 1 & 2 for some reason...

It's not especially similar, but it kind of reminded me of these games.

My overall impression is good!
