Hello everyone whoever enters this contest. I'm ibbls, a part-time video game composer. This is the second time I join OST Jam and I'm glad I know this community.
Theme:
How does it fit the theme?
I made this song based on Tick Tock theme (Of course!) even if the song isn't sound like a clock is ticking but hear me out!
When I see the picture theme, I was thinking about the cycle of life, like we were born, raise, happy, sad and die. I like slow music so I start with a grand opening like how we open our eyes to see the world for the first time and the clock ticking sound is a sign of warning that time is started to run.
and in the 2nd phrase, I made it sounds like children's lullabies. cute melody and easy to listen. Clock ticking is gone, which means we enjoy our life and forget how the time system works!
3rd part is the adult part. we grew up and many things happen in life. it's fun and intense at the same time. then we realize that time is running, we just never notice.
4th part is the last part. everything is slowed down, less thought like we were young and you can hear distinctly that clock is ticking and you just wait for it.

I listen to this song on loops. Great job!
Ooh i liked this! A very nice electronic track!
I like how every section feels very different, but still connected to the other sections, and how all of the sections flow into one another so well.
I also really like that main melody - not sad but not happy, but very cute and nostalgic (the instrumentation helps a lot in those regards).
The story you gave here is translated very well into the music, and i could really feel the kind of excitement curve here - starts kinda grandly, mellows a bit and then quickly rises for a big released section, which is a big part of the track, and then has a very nice and quiet outro. Makes for a great interest curve.
Good job!
This is a lovely interpretation of the theme. There's a ton of emotion here, and the gradual energy build up is done perfectly. The ticking at the end creates a bittersweet ending that wraps things up beautifully. Very nice work!
It is really an enjoyable experience to hear this sweet melody that you’ve created grow into different styles and think about how it represents the span of a person’s life. I think you hit the vibes perfectly with sweet and gentle at the beginning, then more fun and energetic in the childhood into adulthood, and then a slow transition to the end. It was creative of you to end with the fade out into the ticking clock to symbolize the end of life. Good work and thank you for sharing!
I thought the attack of the pad synth on the 1st phase could've been softer but that's it. The phases were distinct even when not critically listening but transitions into each other seamlessly.
Nice relaxing music! Good job!
Nice depiction of what going through life feels like. I really enjoyed how each part flowed into each other and created a dynamic, evolving and yet coherent journey. Great composition!
Such a nice composition, so cozy and enjoyable. Loved it!
