Description
Congratulations - you've invented time travel! Unfortunately, due to a "slight" miscalculation, you've hurtled yourself to the end of time itself, with only enough power to create a 3 minute time loop. Now, you must live through the last moments of the universe again and again as time falls apart around you. Will you find a way to repair your time machine and return home, or will your time looping shenanigans leave you trapped forever?

The song is intended to be looped until the end of time.

Made in LMMS.

Theme:

Tick Tock...

It appears almos sarcastic that the song is exactly 3:00 long! :D

I love the mechanic sounds and the overall atmosphere is very cool! It could use a cleaner mix though! All in all a solid submission!

Very well crafted track! I really loved that melody with that kind flute synth, it's exotic and lift the rest of the song up. So cool :D

The unique time signatures are a cool effect in this track that make it difficult to get a grasp on time which works well with your theme idea. I really like the low melody at 1:42. It feels improvised initially, but then slowly grows into intense and cool chords. I appreciate the growth of the music over the 3 minutes which would make each play-through have increasing excitement and anxiety each time. I’m sure I would learn to hate that bubble noise if I’m on my 17th try of the game. :) Good work and cool idea. Thank you for sharing!

I like the game idea. In it's core very simple but can evolve in a lot of time spent figuring what to do :D

Music is really interesting, pity that some of the instruments stand out too much, mix-wise. Overall good job! :)

Oh wait...wow wait...this is a really goddamn cool game idea. Imagine this scientist slowly coming up with ways to fix or do something within 3 minutes over and over again. Like PT except not horror or walking through doors but we do be trying to restore time...WITHIN 3 MINUTES as they get better with each loop.

Although the sub frequency of the bass was a bit loud, the track lends itself well to this idea and a solving puzzle under a time-limit gameplay. The continuous arpeggiating melody also helped contribute.

Oh wow, those are some fancy melodic lines, I love it! I think you could have chosen some nicer instruments and played with dynamics a bit more, but I love the vibe you were going for.

In a way a minimalistic track, but still with nice things going on all the time. IMHO pretty 80s computer-game style, a style I personally loved ever since back then. A really nice "ditty" tune as they was called back then :D

Very nice groovy track! The melodies are super catchy and the way you play around the ostinato makes it super dynamic! I love in particular the harmonies in the build up towards the end, that's super well done. Really good job!
