I compose this soundtrack to fit a scene that is about a mother's love for her child even though she's no longer in the physical world.
Theme
How does it fit the theme?
- From the image, I see a child happily holding hands with a bubble in the form of a woman assuming that it's her mother and surrounded by bubbles and fishes.
- The bubble mother represent the child's memories of her when she was younger and it also implies that the mother is no longer in the same world as her. The mother holding the child hands also symbolize that she will always be watching over her even though she has passed on. The fish and bubble gave me the impression that she is in a dream and it represent the different happy memories she had during that period of time growing up as a child. The child that is happily holding the mother give me an impression that she is happy to see her again as shown from the image that both of them are looking at each other.
These factors prompt me to composes an uplifting mood rather than an emotional bitter sweet mood to fit the chosen theme.
