Description
I envision this game to be an open world game taking place in the city. The music exemplifies what the player will be feeling throughout his life in the city.
FunkyMe has a very loose structure with melodies taking the form of solos throughout the piece representing the individuality of the player as he/she goes through everyday life.
MyDreams resembles the emotions that we all go through such as sadness, nostalgia, and regret. Many of us are able to achieve our dreams, but not all of us are so lucky. Dreams are hard to accomplish, and this song tries to exemplify that.
CrazyMe is a song that would be played during times of high stress/anticipation during everyday life.
I utilized FL studio for composing these tracks. I recorded the guitar parts using a focusrite, and other instruments were a vst.

Straight up jamming out to this OST, awesome job! Three very different and varied vibes from these tracks, love the range of emotion and instrumentation. Sound quality is pretty consistently high as well, and you even let the bass guitar have some room to shine in FunkyMe. Bless.
1:07 in Funky me...🤩
You have the most incredible guitars I've heard at the jam. It sounds AMAZING!!
I absolutely love what you've done!!!!
This was super fun! You have really captivating melodies and i think that was one of the strongest aspects of this soundtrack, your use of rhythm especially in the guitar and paino parts made everything super fun too. Crazy Me reminded me a lot of splatoon battle music, which i love!!! I do think you can turn down the reverb as a whole, it makes a few parts get a bit lost but overall well done.
Soundtrack good and it's also nice to meet a fellow abuser of coffee.
funky me is easily one of the best, most listenable tracks i have heard in this whole jam!!! that piano and guitar coming together is so heavenly?? not sure if you've watched/listened, but it actually reminds me a lot of the jazz and funky elements from the jujutsu kaisen season 2 OST, especially this track. there's just so much energy and life in that first track, i love it so much
Funky Me: Great bass, funky rhythm. Love the organ that comes in with the triplets!
Crazy Me: Crazy groove. Lots of blue note use, I like that.
My Dream: Unexpected calm ending! Nice piano.
Great work!
Missed opportunity to name them

A very funky and energetic submission! Loved the first two tracks because of the energy.
The tracks could use some EQing--the bass range tends to have a sucking sound when the bass and bass drum play together.
Great work!
This track does need some EQing... I did some EQ and leveling on the both FunkyMe and CrazyMe just now and the difference is night and day. The different parts are stepping on each other's frequency band at the moment. Thank you for the insight!
Ok... It's funky time!
Funky Me is Cool, dynamic but... Empty at midrange (The track feels airy because of this. Heh...)
Crazy Me - Hey... It's cool and powerful! (I decided to dance to this track)
My Dream is a sweet ending
Honestly? You have a very cool idea and GUITARS!!1! Thank you!
Yeah there needs to be more instrumentation at the mid range. I will keep that in mind on my next tracks!
Nice work! I thought funky me was a great track and reminded me of an anime opening, thought I did find some parts in it a little dissonant to my ears
What a funky soundtrack. The guitar in Crazy Me is awesome, but there's something that makes the track seem not as "full" as it could be. For example I felt that it lacked something in certain frequencies, because the bass ocupies the low frequencies and the guitar plays mainly in higher ones and I felt that there's a gap in the middle frequencies (which I confirmed looking at the spectrogram). Funky Me has a lot more of that "fullness" and My Dreams (I really liked that one) being a calmer track doesn't really need to occupy the full spectrum, so they are both good in that aspect. I also felt that some drums' elements (like some of the hi hats and rides) were a bit louder than they needed to be. Nonetheless I really enjoyed the entire soundtrack
I took a look at the spectrogram as well after you pointed that out. Some instrumentation/part adjustments will need to happen next time on my end!
This was fun to listen to! Gave me mall exploring vibes! As you described, anything with a lively atmosphere would suit these tracks. ╰(*°▽°*)╯
Day 2 Of Rating Submissions With Few Ratings To Hopefully Get some in Return
Fun guitar music with lots of funky energy. The anime-ness of the general future funk sound is not lost on me. I wodner how these would work in a game context. A shibuya type, upbeat urban sprawl, perhaps?
Honestly, I thought of the song before thinking about the game context. I would agree that Shibuya would likely work pretty well.
A rating has been sent your way!
Lots of energy in these! Funky Me is a little discordant in the middle, but My Dreams and Crazy Me are easy listens!
Love the energy of Crazy Me and Funky Me, and the piano in My Dream sounds straight from the romantic anime opening!
These are really nice!! Really like the vibe in 'Crazy Me' and 'Funky Me'. I would've guessed there are multiple instrumentalists playing here? I'm impressed (and agree with Zatachari, love how funky it is :3). Since you asked about suggestions, for 'Dream', the melody sounds nice for a kind of rock vibe, I could see it with a full band. But I think in a solo context, maybe some variation in the had that's repeating the ostinato could help. But a lot of great rock stuff here, keep it up!
Hey there! Ironically, only the guitar is "real" and the other instruments are synthesized. I figured it'd be tough to get intricate funky tones on guitar with a VST, so I recorded the parts myself! I do agree that dream fits as a rock/jazz ballad. Maybe that'll be my next project :D Thank you for the feedback!
Thank you for those that listen to this! Please feel free to share any feedback/suggestions about these songs.
Absolutely funky
