Description
What kind of game:
Scifi, mystery, action, (stealth?)

General idea of game:
You're a person in a town, and you can buy plants or something, and then when you go back home, you can put them in a machine. This opens a portal, and when you enter it, you become a wolf in a different world, with abilities according to the plants you put in. This world is full of souls, and when you kill a soul here, you kill a person in the real world.

Songs:
Title: Sleeping Beast:
Genre: Calm electronic
Representation: Title theme (Both Wolf and human themes can be heard)
DAW: Ableton Live 11 Standard

Title: Hunting Beast:
Genre: Dubstep
Representation: Wolf hunting in the portal world (The hunt theme and wolf theme play here, with a very dubstep heavy track)
DAW: Ableton Live 11 Standard

Title: Town Center:
Genre: Electronic rock?
Representation: Real world, player in town (The human and real world theme play here, and the wolf theme can be heard slightly in the background)
DAW: Ableton Live 11 Standard

video of DAW of all songs:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2X16mRMFUL8

Theme:

Two Worlds

How does it fit the theme?
The idea behind it was that the player can enter a portal to enter a different world and be a wolf. The wolf is more heavy in music and the overworld is more rock

I like the gritty textures of the synths used in the Hunting Beast and Town Center tracks. I also like the way in which you used the melodic motif to tie the tracks together.

I really like the concept! I think it really suits the style of what you are going for here. I like how you can distinctly tell which themes are present within each song.

Thank you!

I listen three of your song. You do have the aesthetic of that chip-tune feeling and melody. It really does bring that 80's style games. if only you had more time to mastering it. it should be a good one.

Thank you for feedback (:

Really cool aesthetic! At times I felt like the Hunter Beast could benefit from being a bit more intense and minor to make it more menacing but overall I really like this, great job!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback. I get what you mean with the hunter theme, but I'm glad you liked it anyways.

I liked the drastic difference between the title theme and the hunting theme, though the town theme seemed a little too similar to the hunting theme to me. Great tracks though!

Developer

yeah, I understand what you mean with the 2 themes being similar. Thank you for the feedback though!
