I'm sorry if it's bad or doesn't follow the theme all the way through. It's my first one

Theme

a journey to remember.

How does it fit the theme?
For me the moments that stuck the most were usually when an intense scene flips it's head. Turning a brawl into a mind game, I tried doing that with the theme of defusing a bomb, since bombs always flipped the script of the fight to focus it on one thing and that quick change of pace always stuck with me. So I felt like a game all about it would hit hard

Sounds so cool! I like that delay in insomniac bomb

Congrats on making it through your first jam!

These are neat! There's lots of interesting things happening in these two little tracks. Keep on writing, and don't apologize for your work.

Reminds me of educational game soundtracks from my childhood, elementary computer lab vibes. Well done, thanks for sharing!

I like the nervousness of "Insomniac Bomb" (and the name of track is hillarious too), also synth in the last part sounds smooth.

Looooooved the bass in Mind Difusal! Suuuupper fat! Insomniac Bomb WAS SIIIIICK!! This is really taking me back to Ape Escape!! Seriously now!! Add some DnB Samples and I wouldn't second guess that came straight from that game. One of my favorite game soundtracks and I feel like you've done something quite compatible! Great work! <3

Cool rhythms in this set create the necessary sense of urgency for the game you described! The first song has a very cerebral feel and the second had a great bass line.

Especially like the bass stuff going on in Mind Defusal! Keep at it!

How would this musics not suit the imposed theme? Perfect for an old-fashioned RPG, they perfectly announce a typical adventure full of quests, combat and exploration, in a relatively futuristic, even dystopian universe. The beginning of the second music suffers a little from the loop which is repeated without modification, but the arrival of the percussions (a little late, of course, but which have the merit of existing) suddenly revives his interest. The two pieces loop perfectly. A compositional job well done, as shown in the screenshots (you have to add the extension "png" to the title of the files to display them).

"I'm sorry if it's bad or doesn't follow the theme all the way through. It's my first one" - music is cool, believe in yourself! This is good and you will be growing and your music will be only better and better! I like groovy vibe in the 2nd track :) It fits for bomb defuse game! Good job :)

There's a nice choice of instruments in there, and I like the moments when you strip back the music to just one or two instruments after a lot of build up. There's some good string ideas in there, but I think they would be improved by making them smoother and more flowing (at least in the long bowing sections). I think it works well for a bomb defusal game

This reminded me a lot of classic PC games like SimCity 3000 or OpenTTD, and I think the idea of a bomb-defusal game fits perfectly with these sounds.

both tracks are a bop, good job
