Yes

Summarise your game!
UNSHEATHED is a casual combat game with physics based swordplay. You play as a sword "Kaito" and must defend your shrine from approaching monsters. You need to return to the shrine to regen your health, else shatter.

Please explain how your game fits the theme:
In UNSHEATHED you play as a sword... a weapon... THE weapon; therefore, it fits the theme fairly well.

Is there anything you'd like the judges to pay particular attention to?
Ignore most of the graphics but pay attention to the relaxing flow you begin to enter after playing for a while. It starts to become a satisfying loop of tasks to keep up your score!

Enjoyed playing around with this one! I enjoyed how the sword moves and how it interacts with the enemies. Got a good laugh out of me when I flung one of the slimes at mach 20.  If I had to give some constructive criticism, I didn't really understand the damage to the sword and how to prevent it if you even can. Some indicators for health would help alot.

Good job on your game! Seems like there could be a lot of potential for a mobile release? could be something to consider.

Glad the physics engine humored you! I also really wish I had saved time to make a tutorial or changed up how the health system works. Basically, the four sparkles orbiting your sword are your health. They fizzle out over time, and you must re-enter the shrine to regenerate. It's not conveyed well at all so I apologize. As for mobile, it technically already works! I tried it on my phone today and its almost entirely playable.

this game is awesome! i really like its graphics and sound design. i had a lot of fun whacking things with the sword lol. eventually, the sword got stuck in the shrine but it was still wonderful  :) It says there's no ending yet, I'm really curious to see what an ending for this type of game would be :P

Thanks for playing! Sorry you got stuck, I had some problems with Godot's physics engine and ran out of time to iron them out. As for the ending, I originally planned a short story with cutscenes and dialogue, fit with a tutorial at the start. But you know how deadlines are. If you're really curious, it'd probably end with some important guy pulling the sword from the stone like King Arthur or Link.

that's cool! i wonder how they'd react after finding out it can fly and also explodes shortly after being removed lol. and yeah, deadlines can be rough 😔. still, i think what you have is awesome :)
