- Gameplay is boring and there is no real replayability, some kind of shop or upgrades after each day will change a lot, and that cigarette, I'm highly impressed by the art
- An enjoyable, cosy simple game. You made very clever reference to the theme, I was terribly bothered by the time limit (I'm not the fastest player D:). It seems to me that you didn't test your game, in the sense that apart from you no one played it (game creators). Anyway, it was fun to play.
- The game has a very cool look and an interesting concept that is connected to the theme of the competition. I just feel like I had to work really hard to understand the purpose of the game, an intuitive tutorial would have made the gameplay much better.
- Gameplay was a little too hard for me but I like it a lot, your game is unique and perfectly fits to the theme! Visuals and audio are also nice! Good job!
- I'm impressed, the whole concept is well executed yet simple. Probably my main problem with it was the quick difficulty spike even on the first day. Also I'm not super sure but I found once that the requested connection was occupied by another call (canceling them both).
How does your game relate to the Pixel New Year Jam theme?
As a telephone switchboard operator the goal is to keep everyone's phone calls properly connected
Did you have fun at this game jam?
Heck yeah!

Very creative and cool concept. Also liked the atmosphere and the use of the cigarette in the background as timer.
Found the cables a bit difficult to handle, maybe using drag & drop could help
The cables could definitely work a bit better. Thanks for playing!
Hell yeah! This game is not only great in its own right, but you can expand the concept into so many other locales if you want! A psychological horror game? Perfect! A cozy, repetitive but challenging game like this one? Of course, it works! Congratulations on this, it's really something special.
Hey, thanks for playing! Different settings is certainly an interesting idea!
Cool idea nice art
Thank you for the compliments and for playing!
Love this idea and execution. Great graphics too. Super cool.
Thanks for playing! I'm glad you liked it!
LOVE the art style! It felt like only 2-3 plugs was all I could handle with the game's speed. I could see how this could be a difficult game to make without playtesters haha, once you get used to the names and numbers on the cards it gets a lot easier. Maybe randomize them on every new playthrough?
Hey thanks! The amount of time and the call frequency was (and still is apparently) difficult to nail. We did actually have some playtesters, but by the time we were able to have them test, we didn't have much time to implement all the feedback. Thanks for playing, and glad you enjoyed it!
the time limit was a bit too short, but the hectic gameplay was fun
I was missing a bit more of a clear sign the phone call ended
Thanks for playing! That's an excellent point about the phone call ending being hard to notice. Thank you for the feedback!♥️
I like it! Time limit is a little bit too hard and the thumbnail could be more interesting. Well done.
Thanks so much, I'm glad you liked it. The time limit was difficult to nail down and we could've definitely spent more time tweaking the difficulty. Thanks for the feedback 💖
