Very well thought out concept, one of the best imho

I quite liked to play, but had trouble changing where I want to jump to... I kept being clumsy. I think that a bit more experimental polish like having a visual indicator of the crank-warp position instead of the number, or have a constant mapping of physical crank angle to time would help me with not fumbling with it and focusing on managing the flux capacity and my running away in circles.  I also had trouble knowing how close I can get to Frik, I keep expecting the collision radius to be smaller. But super well done!

Great thanks.  Yeah yours was definitely up there as one of the best submissions too.  Top use of the input controls and theme.

Yeah I might add a dot or something different there plus I think the collision box could be more forgiving.  Thanks for the kind comment and feedback.  I'm pretty sure I'll evolve this into a full game early next year.

This was a really neat idea, I thought it was cool how you could "time travel" using the crank!

thanks. Congrats on your submission too, really great.

Thank you :)

Nice concept to play on the clock face, definitely on theme!

Developer

Thank you.  Your game was a cool submission too.

this was a unique challenge/idea, I liked the restrictions placed on the user and the sound queues were well thought out. It’s simple but it kept me on my toes and the art was fitting fun!

Developer

Thanks.  Your game was really well thought out and I think there's loads of ways you could can keep evolving the base game, mechanics and theme even further.  Would suit a platformer, survival game, puzzler etc.

Interesting little game. The main gameplay loop is easy enough to grasp. I like the chase of jumping around and only moving in one direction. The clock hand moves a bit too randomly in my opinion. I was able to cheese it so I was just constantly running and never running out of jump energy. Still a very clever use of the prompt!

Thanks for the great comment.  Yeah if I had more time I have more ideas for the enemy rather than pure RNG.  Glad you enjoyed it

Overall I think the concept for the game is really nice and the minigame is pretty good.

Some critiques and suggestions
- Instructions aren't completely clear on how to play the game and has some spelling errors. Adding information on how you can only move clockwise would be good.
- I think it would also be good to add some numbers to the clock as not everyone is well versed at looking and reading an analog clock. A way to fix this could be to show another character on the  clock that would be controlled by the crank to symbolize where the player would teleport to.

Cool thanks for your feedback and ideas.  Yeah I  spotted the typo just after I uploaded (doh!) and agree that instructions could be worded better.  I didn't add numbers, as didn't want the screen too cluttered and wanted a bit more challenge whilst helping players learn to read analog time.  Glad you enjoyed the game
