I gotta say I got really addicted to it. I spent hours of a Sunday clicking oftenly as I did other activities and left the game open.

I'd say the beginning is not as fun as when you open the shop that allows you to get other metals, as it starts veeeeery slowly. I had to click like mad until getting metals and ores started. But it managed to always keep me hooked waiting for the next small upgrade (though it ain't very hard to lure me into such I admit). Changing the terrain by depths took way too long, granted, I got gold like mad once it changed, but maybe more terrain changes with more gradual improvements would feel better.

I can do other things while playing the game, as I was programming lightly and at night I played while watching an eSports tournament!

I'm not sure if it was a bug in my browser but the game had no sound. While that worked well when I was doing other activities, if you are only playing the game it gets a more chore-y feel. Also, when I get the inventory, I feel slightly lost because I have no idea which material is which, maybe adding their names right under each item even when you have none could help.

One glitch I noticed was that when I'm looking at the inventory, clicks are still valid in the game's buttons. So you could be holding right button, but if you click left button you'd just spend resources on something you are not aware. A minor thing that barely changes the game at all, but could be helpful, is that when you have a window open, like the Mine. Its tooltips did not update when you get the needed materials for the upgrade. It really is no big deal though, you can do the upgrade just fine, it would just look nice to see the text in the tooltip turning white.

Congrats on achieving a rather addictive progression!

Thank you for playing and for the feedback. I will consider some.

I'm working on rebalancing the loot drop so the chance rates aren't too extreme low or high.

The sound hasn't been implemented yet. Sorry. I will add it next to the save system in the upcoming update.

The mechanic behind the inventory screen was only meant to take a look at your belongings. That's why the holding down the right mouse button. But I will also change that by disabling the buttons behing the screen as you mentioned.

So art and animation looks great, and it definitely engages my inner skinner box.

Save system should def be high priority. In the warehouse where you can buy materials for others, hovering over the material should tell you what it is.

Also, I'm confused about what exploring the depths does? It seems like it should change the region which gives you different bonuses for what materials you collect, but I've dug down 1.5 km and I've never left shadowrim.

Also, initially getting metals is really slow. Or, really, it always is unless you get the pickaxe upgrades and actively mine. The machines that are in the background seem like they should be more efficient at getting materials than the pickaxe, but not only are they slow, you have to actively check them anyway to empty their inventories, which how fast they fill up appears to be random. It did help though at least that I realized that they stopped moving when they were full. Plus, it seems like they're always full of rocks anyway, even though I keep upgrading the head and have a +25% chance of metals and it didn't seem like I'm even getting less rocks instead of metals. So idk, if those things didn't get chock full of useless rocks or you could automate it so they empty themselves, they'd be a lot more useful. (because it's difficult for it to be an "idle" game if you've got to be really active to play it)

Also, I was confused by what inventar meant but then I realized it meant inventory.

I didn't encounter any bugs myself.

Thank you for the feedback.

Yes, save system will be my next priority.

The game still lacks information. I'll implement ingame a tutorial and more info for each content later.

Yes, each zone gives bonuses. I've written down the depth of each zone in my last devlog. Shadowrim reaches until 2000 m: kasurigan.itch.io/abyss-idle-miner/devlog/414817/technology-and-geology-update-111x#zones

I've already noticed the inefficiency of the machines. I'm also not satisfied yet how I calculated the randomness. But it is going in the right direction. The coding for that part becomes more systematic.

You're right. The game demands constant attention from the players. That shouldn't be...

It should be "inventory" instead of "inventar". My german slipped there. Sorry :D

A tutorial has been added to the game page.

Nice game ! The visuals & animations are really neat.

I don't play a lot of iddle games, so I don't have a lot of point of comparison but I can give you a few pointers :

It took me a while to realize I could click on the small excavators on top to harverst their inventories maybe find a way to make it more obvious or display it somewhere as a tutorial.

The metals and ore are not labeled so you don't know what you're harvesting. displaying their name on hover would help a lot.

I didn't find any display for your full inventory (for metal and ores) so I didn't really know what I had at any given time.

I didn't quite understand what the warehouse was used for in the game. I guess It's to store more stuff, but since I used stones & metals as I gathered them I didn't seemed to need it that much.

The automatic gathering felt a lot slower than the active one which meant I felt I had to click a lot. Maybe it would be a good idea to rebalance that so the player don't have to click so much. But that's just my opinion, don't only take my word for it. (again I'm not a big iddle game player ^^)

Adding a save system would help a lot. since it's a slow passed game it takes a while to level up  very far. hard to do in 1 sitting. maybe put that higher in your list of priorities :)

Appart from that, It's pretty solid, the game is pretty easy to understand. The ramp up in values seemed pretty well balanced as far as I went. Didn't encounter any bug. And I was able to play while watching netflix (good thing for an iddle game I guess :) )

Good job :)

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback! This helps me a lot and confirms some of my guesses about a need for correction. Here are my answers to your suggestions in the same order:

- I'll make that clear and mention it in the control text.

- A right click shows the inventory. I will make the controls text ingame more conspicuous.

- You're right. The Warehouse only expands your resource capacity. I also think it needs a refresh of its concept.

- Haha :D Yes, clicking can get really tiring over time. I'm also just an idler, not a clicker. Maybe I can make it more fun to click. We'll see.

- I have already made the savings system as the next step :)

- Very good! Thank you for answering my questions. Note: I watched Netflix while developing this game.
