Title
Crystal Mountain Raiders
Description
The gleaming theme art sparked the idea that riches might lie within those mountains. So, I ran with it and wrote a theme for mountain raiders who dwell in the glow of those big rings and rare metals, engaging in battles against other raiders. I used a signature of 7/4 and 7/8, blending them across various sections. I hope you enjoy the Crystal Mountain Raiders theme.

Very nice descent at 0'55", obviously, the orchestral sounds very cinematic.
The point of improvement I'd give you is to allow yourself to play more with the dynamics. I found your whole composition a little too "in your face". With brass swells (which hold long notes) for example.
Otherwise, Friday there's the "Encounter Music Jam" on itch. It's for making battle music. You'll fit right in!

This kind of gave me Nier Automata vibes! I love how the drum beats outline the time signature(s) throughout the song, the segment starting at 1:18 is my favorite part. The track also progresses and builds on itself quite nicely. Great work!
As a fellow 7/8 composer, I love how you kept your theme simple and repetitive as the 7/8 signature is already hard enough to grasp. It was easy to follow (already very hard to do!), partly because of the drum pattern, and has a good sound to it. You capture the feel of a battle for mountain-riches really well. Really cool entry :D
I liked the drum breakdown near the middle of the song a lot.
