  • Enormously fun and satisfying. The effort put into the sprites to make the game idiosyncratic and kind of offbeat made it a great experience for me. The little touches, like the jump scare in the fridge, were a delight. I really hope you have some time to do a post-jam build and balance everyone and add to the challenge, because this rules!

felt very much like overcooked but in the underworld haha. Love the aesthetics of this game, and the loop was fun. I liked how the view windows would pop up when you were interacting to get a closer view of what you were interacting with. There was some fun jump scares along the way. Would love to see some element of progressions that allow you to move more quickly/cook more quickly to keep up with the orders that are coming in. At some point you get too overwhelmed. Overall great job it felt very polished!

Really incredible, polished experience! It took me a bit to get a hang of the core gameplay loop, but once I did, I was frantically running around and serving orders. The art and character designs are excellent, the jump scares quite surprising, and ending cinematic is a riot!

There are a few areas that can do with a bit of changes, though. The art for the sliced veggies is not immediately apparent what they are. It would be super helpful to have a countdown timer over the cooking stations to know when things are done. And there seems to be a bug in the order pickup area where the circle indicators disappear after an order has been filled.

But overall, this is an exceptional piece of work. Great job!

I really did the look of this, especially the creatures designs
The game was fun, I think adding some weights to the customer's order randomizing would be beneficial - there were a couple points where several customers in a row would order large orders that all used the same cooking station

these monster designs are SO good, and i love the 3d art as well. perfect blend of cute and spooky. i really like the main character's model!!! i grew up playing games like these and it's super cool seeing a scary spin on it. great vibes and gameplay

I found the music to be a little high, so maybe work on settings eventually.
BUT...
Wow! I sure had fun with this one! It gave me strong Overcooked vibes! I bet you could easily make this into a full game, with different levels and obstacles. I couldn't find a single flaw with the gameplay mechanics, honestly. Really good!

Thank you for the feedback! We will definitely work on the volume levels.

Love the soundtrack and art, definitely a high contender!

Was a bit confused about the tomato slice request at first tho.
