super fun vn! the dialogue has a few grammar/syntax errors and sometimes it reads a little weird, but the backstory between the two characters is fun and i liked getting pieces of it in different routes and playthroughs. always love to see messy queer relationships too-- i'd love to see another game or a longer game with these two! the art is super cute and i adore red's design

these monster designs are SO good, and i love the 3d art as well. perfect blend of cute and spooky. i really like the main character's model!!! i grew up playing games like these and it's super cool seeing a scary spin on it. great vibes and gameplay

dude this is sick, i love this and i hope you do more with it! super fun, and i like the old school style graphics. would love to see more enemy variety in the future!

the sound design is really good, it's always unnerving hearing what's chasing you even when you cant see it. the camera was a little finnicky for me, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. i like the spider monsters a lot! are they based off of ogre spiders?

i'll be seeing that game over face in my sleep 😳

unfortunately my game kept crashing and giving me an error log after trying to interact with the padlock at the beginning :(  i like the 3d models from what i glimpsed in the game though! i'll have to give it another try on another device

the build up and tension in this game is phenomenal-- great job! walking up and down the stairs got a bit tedious (i went up and down more than i probably should have trying to figure out what to do next) but the game is fantastic overall

really cool! the second challenge took me a bit to figure out, but it was a nice change of pace from the usual puzzles you see in games like this. i went to replay the game and got a loading error that kept me from progressing the second time unfortunately. the original art was really cute and i would've loved to have seen more of it in the rooms and objects.

i know everyone else has already said it but i love the light mechanic! some of the higher jumps are more frustrating than they are fun to figure out, but i really enjoyed the gameplay overall

at some point i couldn't figure out how to progress any further, but the set up you have is super neat and i'd love to see a finished version in the future

the prose and the art go so well together to set the perfect mood for this game. there's also a lot of little details that nod towards the twist without being too overt, like the paint colors. and i don't know if it was intentional, but there's a lot of little victorian mourning and death and funeral customs i saw here and there in the game! overall you made a really lovely gn and i had a lot of fun reading/playing it!

the radar was a nice touch, i get lost in games super easily. the art style is really nice too!

this is definitely one of my favorites so far, i love the monster designs + lighting and the gameplay is super fun!

love the limited color palette! good choice making the mc the opposite color, really helps them stand out when the lights are off

parroting what almost everyone else has already said but the artwork is beautiful. i really liked the fact that you added voice acting too-- i haven't seen that in many other submissions. the puzzles are fun but i do agree the one hit reset is pretty harsh and does hurt the flow of the game/story a bit imo. it's still a fantastic game though

having to look away from the room occasionally was a great idea, it adds a lil something most games in this genre dont have

i love the game over splash art + color palette you chose for this 10/10

i love that little eyeball monster so much. i need ten of them

super cute art! i love the mc's design a lot

the artwork in this is GORGEOUS, i love the paintings and the color motifs throughout. the flashback childhood scenes were probably my favorite part. wish there were a little more variation in the sound effects but that's a minor detail

the layout was super nice! i wish the flashlight had a wider range/went a little further :(

the controls are a bit floaty but the zombie designs are 👌👌

i liked the ui art a lot! i wish there were some text or some guide to help you understand the objective more in game, but it's a nice maze runner

love the game within a game premise! i like the monster design a lot too (and the horrible slappy walk noises it makes, lol)

i think the game could've really benefitted from a run button, but you had a fun premise!

i like the aesthetics a lot! the creature designs are great and i got a good laugh over the hand one. the turn speed is a little frustrating, and the constant tp'ing back too, but it was still fun. great job!

love the art and sound design! tycoon type games aren't my favorite but this one is super cute

i loved everything about this game-- the sound design was some of my favorite i've seen so far. i love the designs and the worldbuilding, and i'd love to see a longer game to show more of that off! it wasn't super scary, but it was unsettling in a very real way and i think it translates well to the setting you set up
