One of my favorites so far! It's so well made for the timeframe, and the puzzles are super clever. It also really gives back that retro pc vibe. Congrats!
Awesome entry! Love the puzzles and retro vibes
I was very intrigued about what Alex was hiding. I love stories where a mystery surrounds a figure who is essential to the main character. The atmosphere is good. The window XP aesthetic is very polished. I enjoyed it! (unfortunately i needed the walkthroughs every two minutes haha )
This game gave me the creeps with the ambience especially after reading the intro and playing the game alone hehe. It goes without saying building a game like this in 48 hours is unbelievable! Throughout the whole game I believed I was on someone's computer!
Absolutely incredible entry!! I'm astounded how well polished and complete this feels for a 48 hour jam. Are you a wizard?! Was almost sad the puzzle ended.. but also felt really accomplished to have solved it. Loved the atmosphere and the combination of puzzles and a bit of platforming etc..
Really well done. :) Thanks for jamming with us!
Thanks for playing, and for the jam! I'm gonna try to update this game! See you at the spring jam!
Nice game, as a programmer and system engineer I enjoyed it, CTF vibes. is there a hidden file as an easter egg to find ? Something looks like it. Great job !
Nothing's hidden sadly, unless you count decoding the image name or hidden number in this image, but it doesn't mean anything
At first I didn't manage to use the cmd terminal because you have to click on the line to use it. So for the first decodes I just recognize the Caesar code pattern and decoded it myself lol. I decoded the image name too. Also, the date correspond to a specific operation in Irak so I thought this was the password at first. In the folder with a date in its name, it's written "2 objects" but we can see only one, and we never used the command to "unhidden" a file, this is why I was wondering if it was a secret
I didn't know this date means something! And I wanted to have a puzzle with hidden file there but other things were more important, and I forgot to change it
Amazing concept. I did not make it through yet but I put it aside to finish it after voting for the other games. I want to solve it myself.
It was such a fun gameplay and i was so excited to figure everything out! But I wish the ending was more shocking :( Great job though!
I wish it was but I had like 40 minutes left so yeah
My favorite game so far, thanks !
Really cool! I had a lot of fun trying to figure things out
Incredible game.
Cool shaders and effects!
I stopped playing because I was too scared but OMG ! I love everything about this game. You really did a great job with the unsettling atmosphere. Would have loved a trigger warning for the jumpscare(s) though. I can't believe you made this in 48hrs !
Thanks! I added a trigger warning on the game page
thanks for walking me through on stream, like I said can definitely imagine this as a full scale horror game. what a feat especially in 48 hours, amazing work!
AMAZING! Chef's Kiss! Shocked this was make in 48 hours.
i played it with a friend, but we only managed to log in... after 10 minutes. were stoopid :( but we liked it :3
I'll make a walkthrough, maybe you could try again then ;)
I played this game alone in my room and it gave me the creeps. Good job
