Neat direction to go for the theme! Actually similar in some ways to the concept I had as well. I appreciated how you made sure to explain stuff the player at the start. The mechanics overall seem simple to understand but still interesting to makes choices for each day, good work.

Thank you! Yes I can see we had similar ideas! I hope I get to play a complete version of yours too someday!
Yes I made a playable prototype which was just the gameplay without the daily randomness, but found it a bit... boring tbh. So I added a random event system which, initially, was supposed to happen every 3 - 4 days.
While testing I had it tuned up to 100% and realized that it was a lot more fun to have random things happen pretty much all the time haha!

I found this one really fun, tried it multiple times! Really solid entry, nice work!

One problem I noticed was the "available materials" in the build menu wasn't always updated. The values were fine, I just think the text wasn't properly refreshed when I opened it.

Thank you so much! Had a really good time making it! I was on my 27th working hur when I submitted it at the end though which let some hilarious visual and programming-based bugs through haha. Fixing these would be my no 1 prio if I were to properly finish the game!

There is kind of a reverse difficulty curve, where once you got set up, the only viable way to lose seems to be by getting impatient and forgetting to click that eat button. Also assigning 89 people to resources is a strain on the wrists. Would be neat to have a slider, or make it click and hold.

Very enjoyable resource management game! The random events were fun and exciting. 100 days

Thank you! And I agree! I wanted create a bigger, "final" challenge for the final days but ran out of time.. I also didn't think about the fact that assignment gets frustrating when you have a bunch of people so thanks for the feedback! Will remember that for the future!

Just realized that comment was kinda incomplete haha. I was going to say that 100 say were a bit unnecesarily long for a jam game and 50 would've been enough. Great game though, one of my favorites gameplay wise :)

That's really good to know! Sometimes, making things longer isn't necessarily better, nor necessary at all!
Thank you! That makes me really happy to hear!

good art style, good music but you give too much infomation in short amount of time make it a bit confuse at first

Developer

Thank you!

Yeah I agree, I wanted to make a better tutorial but needed to rush it so it came out a bit confusing.

Thanks for playing it! :)
