I started early
I reworked an existing character model that I did before the jam, into the one I used here.

maybe im just up too late but this made me laugh SO HARD
lmao i don't know what i expected. i like your art style! shame you didn't get further, but alas, such is the fate of jam games
Thank you! Maybe I'll finish next year :D
I was in the same boat during one of the other jams. Sadly, I didn’t submit anything before the deadline… so you’re already a step above me back then 😅
Thank you! I just threw everything I had together in the end and thought "What would be a good song that would fit cliché anime speedlines?"
Awesome that you managed to submit something this year :D
It speaks to me in a deep level.
It is a profound experience, watching her spin indefinitely to the sound of anime eurobeat.
Just letting you know, you got higher score from me than some other entries did x'D
Oh wow, thank you so much! Without aiming for it my submission became pretty stealthy I guess xD
it's telling me the webgl connection won't work, so i just hear the song but see a gray screen
Ah shit, I'm sorry to hear that. It's just a stupid visual joke. I don't know if I'll be able to fix it in the web version, but if you really wanna see it I could put a windows download up.
Also, sorry for the late reply, took some days off after the jam!
A game jam where you picked up some new skills is a jam well spent! Too bad we didn't get to see the character in action, but this is already a big step towards making that happen. I like that speed lines effect, it's very crisp.
Thank you, I think so too! I'll keep working on this project and already having the groundwork for it makes it a whole lot easier than starting from scratch again :D
The speedlines where a last-minute addition, but I'm happy I got them to work in the end :)
It did get a chuckle out of me. Plus that's actually a fun visual style.
Awesome, that's all I wanted from this submission! And thanks, I was going for this whole faux-3D-anime look and am quite happy with some of the results :D
