The gameplay was a mixed bag for me but I like atmosphere above all else in the games I like to play and you excel at that. The style and presentation were unique and I enjoyed those aspects. The opening cutscene confused me and I thought the controls didn't work, I think using textboxes to give context would help on that front.

- This was an interesting play through session. I instantly got the vibes reminiscent of snes classics and also a bit of Undertale. I could tell that the developer/creator has more in mind for this game's concept, and it'd be cool to see that flushed out more if time and energies permit at some point. I did think the initial character scenes were a bit rushed, but I understand that could be to help lend with a mysterious/you-don't-know-what's-going-on-yet tone that is intentional. I think that some of the dialogue exchanges could be polished up to be a little more clear, which could help balance out the faster pacing. The gameplay for the boss was interesting, but hard for me to figure out initially. The timing/pace of attacks and following seemed a little off sync for me, but it could be on me and my slower skills. :) Cool entry overall!
- Overall, this one felt more like a game boy game when it comes to the style. That said, I'd say you've made something you should be proud of!
