  • Excellent job! Very fun!
  • Definitely fits the SNES theme! This was a decent platformer and you should be proud of what you produced.

I really like what you did with the graphics for this - the cat and grass animations are a nice touch, and the CRT effect is very cool! The music also fit the meow theme nicely :D

Unlocking the different abilities is good fun, and I'm glad you could choose to unlock them in different orders. Funnily enough I actually quite like the floaty jump :)! I wonder if it  could be worth playing around with slowing down the left/right movement speed more when you have A held down as I felt like it didn't quite match or made it a bit harder to land in a specific spot (though could just as easily be me not being very good at platforming 😆)

Would love to play a longer version if you end up making one 😊

I didn't think of slowing down the horizontal speed as well! I'll definitely implement that

Well done, not fond of old school platformers but I can see the tribute you're looking for. The progress and level design was made easy and thought out nicely, sadly I can't beat this bee right now with my skill. If you seek more ideas for the future, I'd personally look into more writing/story elements, all of the other branches of the art and techniques aren't something I want to see improved, they're all mastered. Thanks for your submission!

Thank you, your feedback mean a lot. I'll work on my writing, definitely something I need to practice on!

Cute and silly little game.

The CRT graphics it’s something I thought was sick! (and it is)

The platform is very legit, the abilities that you unlock makes the progress very straight forward with a nice level designs and drawings I liked to explore.

The game was very enjoyable, maybe the music it’s a little bit to repeatitive, but that’s only a personal opinion, I will suggest this game to friends who likes this kinda of games as the graphic (Which I want to compliment twice).

Really a nice job!

Thank you so much, I'm glad that the Dreamland 3-ish style resonated with you, it took alot of redrawing :)

Oh heck yeah, CRT does wonders for pixel art.
