The game had many different unique aspects to it that made it quite fun, enjoyable and addictive to play from the background music which was quite powerful as it drew me more into the game, plus the visuals showed that there was a lot of effort put into the game from the lights to the sound effects

This was a very enjoyable game, the moment I loaded in and heard the music I was spooked a little so great job on that too. the art was nice and simple and the concept of the game was fun where you had to run and hide.

Really enjoyed playing this. Was instantly hit by the music, which was perfect for the atmosphere you created. Particularly loved the moments where I was running from the enemy because of the tension that was established through their fading into existence as it chased me and the bloodcurdling screams. Also really liked your lighting system.

Something I feel could have been better was the re-spawning/resetting as I would have expected to have to run from the ghost again. This would have created more audience interaction as they have to try and remember when the ghost appears and try and beat it before it can get them.

Overall, cool game and was interesting and fun to play.

2 Spooky 4 me. That ghosts scream really made me jump, I sh*t myself. The music added to the experience a lot and the controls seemed to work very well.

A really good submission, it really reflects the effort team nimble wildcats has put into it. You should definitely be proud of this.

Wow this game is amazing! I loved the flickering lights it was a nice touch that really helped the atmosphere of the game. As a horror it's so good! When that ghost appeared I genuinely jumped - great scare :D Awesome game! :D

Wow, I'm seriously impressed by this game. The art is fantastic and the music/sfx is totally on point. The torchlight and shadows really help with the atmosphere and the fact that the ghost is barely visible until she's right next to you is honestly terrifying. You handled moments of tension and relief really well with the wardrobes and sprinting mechanics, which is really difficult in this genre. I love how the controls are explained in the start of the level without breaking my immersion.

If I had a criticism it would be that falling through the floor felt a bit unfair when you can barely see it - I know the floor texture is different for these parts but you can only really see it when it's too late, and often I had to rely on memory to get avoid them.

Overall a really excellent game with a lot of polish, nice one!

A very impressive submission, visuals are very appealing and gameplay is engaging. Whenever the ghost appeared, the frantic feeling to get to a wardrobe was reminiscent of various horror games. The volumetric lighting of the torch was especially nice and really contributed to the atmosphere. Hiding in the wardrobe was a really nice feature that I think was handled really well. Not too much and not too little. Level design taught the player mechanics decently well and followed a logical difficulty progression.

Getting caught by the ghost seemed to make her never spawn again, so my first playthrough felt a bit empty. In addition, the sprint mechanic was a tad harsh, requiring very precise use of it to escape the ghost during your first encounter. Finally, using free assets is fine so long as they are under the correct licenses, but I would have liked to have seen a menu or somewhere in the game where they are credited.

Overall, I don't have much to complain about. This is incredibly polished outside of a few bugs here and there. With expansion and perhaps the addition of some form of narrative, I think that there is a game here that could potentially be sold. Well done!

A great platform type spook game, loved that you included sound effects and background music within this to make the game more intense especially within the start screen and end screen which really made the game stand out whilst playing and discovering the jump scares, did not expect to see or hear a ghost screaming at me, there was not a lot I could see anyway that could potentially be improved, if I had to say something maybe more scares or hidden areas would work well, but as a team you should be proud of this game, especially with 2 mins 11 seconds before the deadline. Very well done! :)
