The artwork is fantastic, the intro backstory cutscene is a really nice addition and the slides are beautifully drawn. A lot of thought has clearly been put into the gameplay with the different powerups and enemy types - although I do feel that hat the player shots are a bit too small to be seen clearly. Overall a fun, interesting take on the genre, well done to the whole team!

The art was amazingly good, I also love the backstory of the character, though I thought it was quiet funny how the cat is inside a flying van. My only critique was that the van gets pushed around when firing the missiles but other than that I would say a job well done in creating this game.

Wow the visuals are so god damn good!!! I enjoyed the break from pixel art and the fact that there's a backstory is so good!!!  As someone who's awful at games I personally would've like to have been able to hold down the shoot button but that's really just me being picky. Amazing game you should all be so proud! :DD

Thank you DrgnSlyrVic, a lot of effort went into this game, we really appreciate the compliments.

Ah yes, the button held would have definitely been a good addition for playability, I for one had overlooked that point.

I'm definitely proud of the majority of our team, they put in a lot of time and effort to get this game up.

A nice challenging game, I loved the art styles within this and having the main character and enemies as animals, I loved how the game starts with a backstory before playing as this informs us on what the game is going to be like, and with sound effects and background music working well throughout fitting with the art style made this game stand out, it is clear a lot of hard work was put into this so you all should be proud of this, well done!

Thanks UP941967, we were entertained by the idea of a cat that was against an army of mechanical animals.

I agree, I also loved the story put together by one of the team, they should definitely be proud of themselves. :)

Really love the artstyle in this, it fits the theme really well and looks sharp, alongside the little intro story in the beginning they both look realy good and adds character to the game. The gameplay is tense and enjoyable.  A few critiques with the game would first be with the ui placement of the player lives in the middle area of the screen. Alsothe green missle power up rockets get stuck on the van and push the player about when firing. Other than that enjoyable game good job.

Thank you very much for the compliments Yerduso, we really appreciate that.

I agree, the UI placements as well as power up  timing could definitely have been bigger, a fix  for the collisions with the projectiles would definitely make the game more enjoyable. In future I definitely think we need to allow for more bug testing as well as have more people on the bug testing. I would also say it would have been nice for the animations to have been slightly smoother as well as more variations for certain actions.

However I think for the majority of the team I am happy with the amount of time and effort they put into it and think that we came out with a fairly decent game, well done to the rest of my team. :)

in terms of the collisions it was unfortunate error that got through until the last day of testing to do with the way the rigid bodies were interacting which is something I personally will remember when doing projectiles in future as it does disrupt play quite heavily. Also the health UI for some reason would reposition on building the game while the rest of the UI did not which I could not find how to fix
