Which Theme did you choose?
How did you implement your chosen Theme into your game?
The game reveals this theme in pioneer stories about silly horror stories that were actually real, and all of them have something in common! But what? We suggest you find out by playing our game, which has the spirit of the old days.
Did you implement any of the Bonus Challenges and if so, which ones?
We took one bonus challenge for the game: Horror Anthology: The game is a horror anthology, featuring multiple short horror stories that each share a common theme and/or a common element and tie into each other in some way

Notes from gameplay:
- Great splash - love the animation effect. Very evocative of old propaganda posters. Great font choice!
- Music is jaunty
- Lovely art style!
- Nice job including voice acting, adds a lot to the experience. Sound levels could benefit from being normalized - the bird is louder than the speakers and Vova's voice is much more quiet
- Controls are a bit clunky - have to get very close to the characters in the bathroom to get E to pop up for interaction
- I like the interactive element of exploring the bathroom and finding the different items for the summon!
- Nice use of sound effects to enhance the story
- The path to the kvass house got a bit glitchy, found myself teleporting
- Getting to be the axe murderer chasing the kid was a nice shakeup on the usual formula! The red backlighting and the silhouette looked great. Would have been especially effective if there was running "animation" for the axe murderer, but the scene still looked great!
- Great twist at the end!
Great job! The sound levels could benefit from being normalized to make it easier to hear everything, but the art was great and the overall concept was well done. You added mechanics into story in an engaging way and set a creepy scene in a distinctive era and location (for other players: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Young_Pioneers_(Soviet_Union)). Nice work!
Thank you for such a detailed review! We'll keep the control and sound issues in mind for future projects ^^
The game is fun! Cool font. Kvass sound is super accurate! Nice posters. The scared girl in the bathroom sounds amazing! I also like narrative choices. Well crafted.
Thank you c:
I really liked this! You did a good job creating a complete experience in a small timeframe. My only concern was that the controls were a bit clunky. Not being able to move forward and move the camera at the same time made it difficult to get around effectively. I loved the story though--especially the twist at the end!
Thank you! We'll keep that in mind for future games :)
I really enjoyed this! I thought the bill-boarded characters and objects were really cute and the premise kept things interesting. I fear the main cultural reference went right over my head (I had to google what the pioneers were!), but I still found the whole vibe really intriguing. For example, I was amused by the posters in the second story. Nice work!
Thank you! The game did get a bit localized, but we tried to get the atmosphere right :)
I love it! The art style is so cool and the story is so interesting! I really liked the characters and the gameplay style. Nice job!
Thank you! c:
Really interesting concepts. Kolya was an entertaining character
Thank you!
That was really good :) I want to write some spoilers but I will refrain from doing so but that was a really short well put together experience! Your team should be proud!
PS. Kolya sounds like he is channeling his best Tommy Wiseau impersonation xD
Thank you, maybe a little bit he he)
I love the art style~
Thank you c:
Nice concept and pretty art style, well done!
Thank you!
Loved the art! I really liked how the illustrations of the character sprites were placed in a 3D world! The story was well presented as well!
Thank you, glad to hear that ^^
