Amazing project! It would be awesome to see this project with more content (levels, guns, panels, targets, challenges...)! The whole "someone playing with crayons" vibe and aesthetics worked very well! We've also made the sound effects vocally in our project and it's a very fun way to save time! Hahaha!
Amazing job!
Thanks a lot! Glad you enjoyed our game :D Making a post jam version of the game is something that we do consider, so maybe there will be a version with more content somedays :)
This was really fun, Loved the visuals and pro level sfx work!
thanks for taking the time to play our game :D
You guys did something different with the theme, sfxs and music was fitting, overall well done guys :D
I'm glad you enjoyed our game :D
Really cool game! The art is so unique and different from other games, I really like it! The gameplay is also nice, you have to manage all kinds of systems at once, which makes it a bit chaotic. Finally, the sound effect of moving the gun is really funny XD It fits the game very well though!
The only complaint I have is that the controls needed to be a bit more intuitive. I read the text on the games itch page, but this did not really help me understand what to do either. Eventually I figured it out by just trying things, but a bit more intuitive labels/art would be have been good (in my opinion). For example, the big red button with the skull next to it is completely clear. But when the battery was empty and the screen went black I had no idea what to do (I even quit and restart the game because it was the only way I knew to restart). Perhaps some arrow that points towards where I can get a new battery would help (I figured it out in the end though).
Hopefully you don't mind the criticism too much. I really enjoyed the game and I think it is really cute! I completely agree with @Felix T. Vogel that I would love more levels if you decide to continue working on this! :D And even though you did not manage to do it in three hours, I still think it is impressive that you all were able to create this in such a short amount of time. Great job!
Thanks a lot for the feedback, I'm really glad that you enjoyed our game!
Your criticisme is very valuable, we know that the board with all there is on it can be overhelming and sometimes unclear, but for now we had a lot of different feedback about it (some found it not clear enough when other liked the fact that you have to push buttons to see "what it does"), so the more feedback we have about, the better it is for us so that we can improve it in the future! So thanks again, for the feedback and for taking the time to test our game :D
Great artstyle and concept! Good job!
Thanks a lot :D
Fun art style!
I just love the UI. It's cute and tactical. Would love to see more levels!
Thanks a lot, glad you liked it! We may work more on the game after the jam so having more levels is a possibility :)
Nice! I'm looking forward to it.
