Each week you impress me with what’s possible in scratch and make even better games, well done!

Developer

Thanks!

You are amazing at making games in scratch! I've loved seeing your games the past few weeks! This game was a lot of fun. I liked that the spaceship moved using the mouse, it really made it look like it was flying through space. The artwork is incredible! Great job!!

Developer

Thank you!

I can tell you put a lot of energy into these fantastic sprites! The music doesn't loop well, and the controls feel a bit goofy having move and aim bound to the mouse, but it's still a great achievement for 3 hours! Nice work!

Thank you! I'm not much of a musician, so music and sound in my solo projects will always be lacking, sorry for that. The controls are just this way because i've decided to make a game completely playable on phone for this jam, normally I would've used AD for moving.

Developer

Thanks!

Game was quite fun. One thing I would change is to make myself shoot faster, and maybe move the ship with arrow keys or WASD instead of the mouse that I'm using to aim.

Developer

Thanks! I also think it would've been better with arrows, but I wanted to make a game fully controlled with mouse for this jam

Pretty good! I noticed that the only powerup really worth getting is the power upgrade, as the enemies just get tankier all the time.
...but all in all, very good for 3hrs ( and on scratch too :O )

Developer

Thanks for playing! Actually, the enemies scale both in health and their numbers, so after 40 points it's hard to keep up if you've only upgraded power.

I noticed that. I guess what I mean is that the scaling in numbers, hitpoints and powerups could be balanced a little more.
...but ofc, that would probably be outside of the 3hr scope, so don't let this comment take away from your achievement 😉
