The game looks good but there are some things that I think could really help it out.
Having to reason where you are on the map and where you have to go is cool, but it feels a little cumbersome to do because mouse sensitivity is really high and the camera isn't high enough to tell what nearby land looks like relative to the map. Also, turning on the boat is pretty slow which is fine if that's the feel you're going for but it discouraged me from traveling and exploring more.
When I boated to the boardwalk of what I thought was the destination, I hit the dock and the boat exploded. Then I was softlocked because I couldn't get to click the retry button.
I think the game would benefit from either making it easier to explore or giving the player a clear indication of where to go.
Thanks for the feedback! I'll try the camera sensitivity lower and maybe a feature where the player can zoom out a little more on where exactly they are. For the turning I have no idea why this happens. Tt works really nice if you download it, I think if you restart and refresh the page it maybe goes a little faster.

OK, I think the idea is interesting, but implementation is lacking a lot.
- I have no idea where I'm supposed to be on the map (even at fullscreen)
- I have no idea where I'm supposed to go
- I have no idea how I'm supposed to get the items I have to deliver or if I have them already
- Seeing the map means the game is still playing in the background and suddenly *explosion*
Also, I'm getting mixed messages here; what you want this game to be? action or relaxation, because both at the same time is not working for me. If you want me to be a radical pirate put some nice "He's a pirate" like music and I will travel from point A to B with some treasure in my hand vs giant ships shooting at me cannon balls.
Or let me be a nice merchant in a nice world, were I get to explore or see scenery while I travel my destination, check prices, look for good, etc.
Of course, you don't have to do that specifically, but you gotta keep a nice consistent theme.

Overall I like the style you are going for, although, even after a few attempts at it, I still have no idea what the objective is. In the description it says I need to deliver things, but I don't see any in-game indicators of what these things are. I also won't lie, that explosion sound jumpscared me when it happened the first time, so loud haha.
understandable there is a map though that is a scaled representation of the real map I recommend fullscreen so you can see the full thing.

this game is really hard, if i get sneezed on i blow up lmao! the mouse kinda bugs out on death, maybe give access to the mouse back then. i got to hit escape like 3 times to get the mouse to apear so i can hit quit. the big canoneer ships shoot out alot of shots all at once. i think the one got buged and it kept spamming shots, it was kinda funny. the game looked nice, after the jam i would rework this with a better life system then good to go.
