Wow, I did not expect this, I loved the narrative, and the variety in the mechanics of the weapons. I also prefer Legolas over Robin Hood, no doubts!. And the gameobjects when destroyed go definitely to Tumbolia . Congrats, really good job!

Thank you so much for the kind words!!! That's a great reference wow! The original "poem" I used as the base for that is a Spanish classic by Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer ^^ it is very dramatic:

"Sighs are air and go to air,
Tears are water and go to sea.
Tell me, woman, when love is forgotten,
do you know where it goes?"

Thankfully gameobjects disappearing is a lot less sad!

I remember that in high school we had to read Rimas y Leyendas de Bécquer, I am from Spain too :) . Nice poem, thanks for sharing. The adaptation is very appropriate, much less sad indeed!

Great game 👏

The fact that there are different weapons makes it way more interesting. My favourite part is the narrative haha

I literally enjoyed the differents mechanics to on different levels! Suit very well the theme and is fun to play! The narrative is funny! The only thing that gave me diffculty is the interaction with the UI, for the rest is a great Game!

Developer

Thanks for the kind words! I wish I hadn't done the UI so last minute, it's so weird sometimes even though the components should in theory work. But I'm glad you enjoyed the rest!

...do not miss your chance to blow! 😁

I did miss though, but restarting again was a blast! Amazing what you made in one week! Fun to play around with all the tools. Great job Javicobos!

Hahahaha thanks a lot for the kind words! There are no failures here, just different parts of the learning process ;)

I really enjoyed this one! All of the different game mechanics throughout the levels made it super fun, especially the missile and the arrow :)

Thanks for playing and thanks for commenting! We're very glad you had fun with the different mechanics, that was definitely the main idea here!

The 'Angry Birds' concept works great in VR. Really happy to see this! FYI, the buttons to move to the next level are very hard to activate. I struggled to get past the first level, then couldn't make it past the second. But everything else was smooth and I could tell it was well made.

Developer

Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback - I see my nemesis (UIs in unity) is causing trouble once again... sorry about that!

To make those buttons work, you'd have to aim at them with your right hand (which might require getting it relatively close, and I'd suggest pointing from above, vertically) and I believe you can't be holding any items. Although the game is designed to be played while stationary, maybe taking a little step to the right can help interact with the buttons?

Hah I feel you there. Pointing at the buttons at any distance rarely lit them up for interaction. It felt like maybe there was some event trigger that hadn't fired to enable them. But then at times I got them to work so I'm not too certain.  Perhaps adding an activation zone/collider around each button and if controller is in the collider + trigger is pressed then it works? VR UX is a whole mess haha

Loved the different gameplay systems with the through line of knocking down the blocks. Especially the missile, it felt unlike anything else I've played in VR. I also thought the narration was well integrated and helped give the game a narrative through line and make it less of a solitary experience.

Thank you so much for your playing and your comment! Very glad you liked it
