Simple idea, but lots of great art, music and polish such as particles and screenshake. Really satisfying game, well done!

I'm glad you enjoyed!

Cool game! It was a nice short little minigame, and while it was simple it was fun too - the increasing speed really helped it there. Some more variety in gameplay would've been nice, like different powerups, having to move your hand to hit items on different conveyor belts, that sort of thing, but what the game is now is still fun. The graphics were nice too, although some of the colours did feel a little bit off - it was nothing too bad though, and the different particle effects were a nice feature to add. The music and sound effects were good too, although some more variation in the sound effects would've kept them feeling more fresh. All in all, though, it was an enjoyable play, so good job!

And by the way, I got a score of 4900 - is that good or bad? Hopefully it's good.

I'm glad you enjoyed the game and shoutout to my artist who created the art art, he did a great job there! Having a score of 4900 is insane, I can't even overpass 3000! Great job with that!

Hope you enjoyed the game!

I really like the idea, some suggestions:

i would make the mousetraps have different color for the player not knowing exactelly which ones they are

i would make the hand movebale to left and right to have even a second thing the player has to thin of

all in all nice game ;)

Developer(+1)

Moving hands left and right sounds interesting, might do that! I knew I should've changed the color of traps! It was my mistake. I'm glad you enjoyed, nonetheless!

I definitely like this 8-Bit music in this game and the pixel art is really good as well. It’s also satisfying to smash things (am I a psychopath too?) since it fells like you have an actual impact. So good implementation there!

I just have the felling it misses the point of the topic a bit, I dunno. I understand your thought of failiure of the point of view of the company shipping these things… Maybe you could have made something like this: You hit a mousetrap and it makes you stronger or you benefit in another way.

Anyway, it’s a great game and fun to play!

I'll take some of your feedback and implement it in the game. We were supposed to expand the idea but we lack time, but nonetheless I'm glad you enjoyed our game!

Well done with this! The pixel art is nice and it's easy to pick up and play without much explanation, I can imagine this doing really well as a casual mobile game that people can compete for scores with. Overall this is really good! :)

Developer

I'm glad you liked the art and the over style of the game, thanks for playing!
