This game is very unique. I liked the idea of game.

Nice Game :)

I love this kind of games, and there's a lot of potential here, but it needs more time in the oven.

Developer

Thanks :P, the game is indeed back in oven for some time. There will be a completely baked version of it coming soon :)

It's pretty hard to understand at the start but still a nice game!

Submitted(+1)

hard at the begening but fun when you start to understan the game. Great job !

Developer

Really hard to last long in this -but a really fun idea and a great one for the jam theme!!  Really fun to watch the logic in action!  Awesome job on this!! :D

Developer(+1)

Tysm :D

Submitted(+1)

the logic was hard to figure out what it would do… I eventually realized that you could reload and shoot at the same time by having a reload condition and a shoot condition separate from each other. so on and so forth.

it appears that you might also be able to setup multiple heal triggers and get a constant flow of healing

there appears to be some potential here, but it needs some refinement

Developer

Thanks for the feedback, other people had also pointed out these issues :P, any other suggestion for improvement?

I really liked this game is really engaging and fu to mess around with just to see all the various possibilities that come from such simple rules

Developer

Thanks :)

I think I like it. Hard to understand Easy to master.

I like this game a lot! The visual programming system is very cool and well made, and it's satisfying to put together a setup that keeps you alive! I think it would be cool if there was a win state, such as if you stay alive for a certain amount of time for example, but otherwise very cool entry!

Developer(+1)

Thanks, I never actually thought making a winning condition, but it seems like a good idea to reward the player. Perhaps making a wave system where you must survive the whole wave to progress... Thanks again :)

Nice programminglike game! Very impressive and fun to play around with!

Unique theme and enjoyable game play, well made!

Submitted(+1)

I am very impressed you managed to pull this off at such a short time it was very fun!

the more games I play the more I am shaming at my 3 levels 3 minutes long game :(

Developer(+1)

Thanks!! You shouldn't be ashamed that your game is so short, it happens to everyone to screw up a game jam game. Better luck next time! XD

Submitted(+1)

love how you did find something different for the theme really well made !

Developer

XD

Great use of the theme. Great game.

Check out mine too if you want:  https://itch.io/jam/wowie-jam-4/rate/1663718

Developer

Thanks, I'll check your game XD

One of the better interpretations of the theme!

I wish my commands sheme was saved after reset. Instead you can add "clear all" button when editing.

Developer

Great idea to have a saving system and a ‘clear all’ button. Thank you!! :)

Cool idea,i like it! BUT IT VERY CONFUSING FIRST FEW TRIES.Need a better tutorial for introduction to a mechanics. Also can just heal infinitely, and you dont even need to shoot)

I think will be cool idea to add another bots and split a tasks.Like 1 is shooting and others make healing and do another stuff.Game have potential but needs serious work.

Developer

I agree for the tutorial, but I didnt have time :(. In the final version, I will introduce each block with a sort of unlock system. Your idea of multiple bots with different tasks is really interesting, I will try to implement it! If you want to see the final version, just follow me on https://mwn02.newgrounds.com/, I will post it there. Thanks again!!!

Submitted(+1)

Dont worry,i sleep 3 hours to make my game in 2 days period for example,so we all understand it.

I was saying it cos idea is cool, but you made it very confusing)  Not every person will have patience to understand how this will work .Try always think about how new player will feel.

I just follow here and check it out later if you make a post about it)

Really unique game.  I've had similar sort of ideas ever since playing around with the soda dungeon conditionals.  Very unique take though, nicely done :)

Submitted(+1)

Honestly, I think this was really fun. I managed to make an AI that could survive forever :)
A more advanced version of this game would be awesome, with more movement options and ways to detect where enemies are and so on.
Sidenote though, as the game is right now it's really easy to cheat, the AI can heal and reload constantly while shooting, which makes him invinsible.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback!!! A new more developped version will come soon, but I will post it on https://www.newgrounds.com/, so if you want, follow me! (user: mwn02) As for the sidenote, I was aware of it and tried to do a waiting time accumulation (so you must wait to heal before you can wait to recharge, and not both happening at the same time), but I guess it didn't work. I should forbid the player to shoot if he is healing or recharging. Thanks again! :)

Nice game concept. Felt like a unique puzzle game. If I have to suggest an improvement that would be to have levels that progressively introduced new lines of code so that the player could get adjusted to it.

Developer

I completely agree with you. All the blocks might seem overwhelming at first. Thanks for the feedback!!

Unfortunately it won't render properly for me in the browser (macOS Monterey in safari)

Developer

Noooo, sorry for that :(, I couldn't test on macOS. Maybe try a different browser.
