Clever concept and really polished
Nicely polished and simple game. I found it incredibly difficult though.
Nicely done, gameplay may be simple, but idea well executed and easy to play.
Loved the feel and sound effects! Some of the clues I found a bit confusing, so it would be cool to have some sort of feedback when getting it wrong, like maybe flashing the right answer?
The idea for this game is super original and worked out well. My only tip is that maybe the sound effects could have been a bit less loud though, cause I thought they were a bit obnoxious.
Original! Really enjoyed this, good stuff
Here I was thinking I struggled with foreign languages... turns out I can't even manage English if you put me under the clock! A very neat little game :)
Really polished, and as a non English speaker I learned new phrasal verbs today 5/5.
This game is a lot of fun, and its so simple too! It made me question how well I know English though lol. I also love how the time limit decreases as you go on because "give game" a good sense of pace and stakes.
I found it quite hard as someone who only speaks English as their second language. But it was fun anyways.
The aesthetic works for this game, very simple.
I got a score of 26 on my second go :3
It's a very fun game, and I feel that the only thing it needs is more stuff. There's some word neuance which I feel will be adjusted to for the game, as not everyone will agree the same phrase goes in the same place.
If this was expanded into a full game it'd be great to have other words rather than "give" I think the challenge is just tense enough without being too fast.
