Most of the text in the game is on the interface is editable, and we can probably move the labels for it into a file for translation (although we'll need to sort out font issues for Cyrillic support there too since our interface font doesn't support it), with the exception of those green buttons on this interface in particular. For those, you can directly edit the image file in the UI folder, though we're finalizing a bunch of the UI soon so things may change outside of that.
Those are merges, and the actual merged text in game will need to be translated instead. There's only a few of them (and the only ones that need to be translated are <BUTTSIZE>, <LIPSIZE> and <COCKSIZE>), and we're planning on adding pronouns to that as well.
