This was a well scoped and well put-together game.  Well done!  I was getting edgy while the behind the scenes, side-talking, and beating around the bush of treason was happening.  The pacing of the game and the music set the tone.  Thank you and I'm pretty sure this is my highest rated submission this far.  I thoroughly enjoyed playing.  What a testament to the efforts of all that were involved!

I thoroughly enjoyed investigating.  I found two guilty members but I was unclear how to proceed with accusing them.  The music was not overbearing.  The conversation was easy enough to follow/understand.  Great Job.  I can tell that much work went into this application and it shows.  Again, I enjoyed playing and investigating.

I agree with jam_bone.  Some instructions on HOW to play would have greatly improved the playing.  I was just walking around clicking on everything as well.  I looped around a bit, but I did find the family.  It was not readily clear on what was interactable unless I watched the mouse change.  Maybe that was the point, but nevertheless, the artwork and mechanics were well done.  You did well for the jam and it was an interesting concept.  Thank you and you did a great job!

I really enjoyed this game.  I like that the instructions at the bottom of the screen told me what my goal was.  I could not figure out how to switch the poisoned drink, but I really enjoyed the game and played several rounds.  Great job!

Thanks for your feedback!

Thank you for playing!

Thank you so much for playing!

He does not go into the court houses.  But I understand the confusion.   You were not speaking to one person directly but if you click on a crowd and select the speak button, you find clues as to which building to search.

Thanks so much for checking out my game

doh!  I'll give it another go.

I got there in the end though and it was enjoyable.  You did well to overcome the hurdle.   I definitely understand the dialogue structure trouble as I've had that myself.

I was able to get through the game.  Great job! This must have taken quite a bit of work.  A lot of it was not completed but the dialogue was witty enough to smooth it over.  For my first several game jams, maintaining the scope of the project was a real struggle. for me as well.

I will say to anyone playing when you get to the part where you need to provide beer, click where the tutorial told you to click to fill the tankard.  Then the space bar will work to continue the game.

I was able to open the game.  The arrow keys allowed me to move left and right.  Without Instructions on how to play, I tried many keys.  The arrow keys allowed me to move left and right, but I could not figure out how to interact with anything.

I loved the pacing and the flow of your game.  It was a great way to get the information in front of the player in a coherent manner.  Great job.

Great job!  I agree with a previous commentor who said the z key to throw the shuriken was difficult.  If not in motion already.  I'm a sucker for a dungeon crawler and I like simple as well!  Thank you for the extra information on our Ishikawa Goemon!  I enjoyed reading about his life ... not so much about his death :(

I really like the concept.  Hiding in boxes and the sight radius of the guards.  How very MGS of you..  I had fun playing and I love a good maze.  Great job!

Even though it was short, the build-up was real.  Great Job.

Atmospheric indeed.  I was getting tense just waiting. Short but enjoyable!

I had fun playing this.  I like the style.  I had to enter the cellar twice because I didn't realize there were more options.

You're the best!!!  Thanks for playing.  What was your rank?

Yeah the car scene was gnarly.

Thanks so much!!!

Thanks!!! Give it another go when you have the time.  I forgot to add the instructions!  Pressing 'R' switches between the interior and exterior cameras.  If you don't move the mouse or press any keys for 5 seconds, the cinematic sequence starts.

Like others have said, once I grasped the mechanics of the game, it was kind of addicting.  Great Job!

Simple, but it held my attention.  I grew up playing Double Dragon so this kinda took me back to those old games.  I appreciated the art and how you managed the scope of the game.  Great job.  It was a little repetitive, but you did mix things up with the night drop and the logs on the tracks.

I hate to admit it, but I feel the same fear the Luddites felt being replaced by technology.  I stumbled around.  Instructions would have made things easier, but I made due.  Great game!

I thought this was a great game!  It was nerve wracking deciding what to tell and what to hide.  I thought the graphics were beautifully done for the timeframe and the scope of the project was on point.

Thank you for your valuable feedback.  I'm glad you mentioned the "meat" of the drama of battles.  It's not only glorious like in the movies but rather allocating soldiers and managing resources as well.   I'm glad you liked the graphics.  They seemed to help take the edge off of some much text and information.

Sorry for the delay.  You have it correct.  Yellow means you satisfied the requirements to move to the next phase and the same with the green text.  Thanks again for this invaluable feedback.

I played the WEbGL version as well.  Those trees saved my hide because I could hide behind them as I speared the soldiers one by one.  I couldn't get the hang of the crossbow, but no matter.  It was informative and fun.  I lost to Gustav I in the end.  Great job!  The audio cues were good too.

I could not get the hang of the turn based mechanic.  I clicked on each member of my team.  Moved them, but then nothing happened.  I could not figure out how to end my turn.  The Game is interesting and informative.  Not much by way of sound fx or music.  But I recognize the time and effort that went into developing this game!  Great job!

Thank you for your critique!  This feedback is invaluable to developers as we hone our skills.  Thanks for dropping hints and not leaving a spoiler too!

Thanks so much for playing and for your support!  I've got more in the works, but they're not done yet!  I wish to get a reunion together as I've grown in my programming capabilities!

Thanks.   I'm sorry it took me a while to get to your game, but it never fell off the radar!

Nice!  I like all the different things you can buy with scrap!  Great job!

This is really thinking outside the box!  I really enjoyed the aspect of researching the different reports to find out what really happened, or rather, what was seen, and discovered.  You're a great writer.  I've been sharpening my skills as well.  I hope we can have a reunion one day

I'll check it out.

Hey Retlaw Games,

The first time, I played, when I saw the world going grey with pollution, I knew... we were goners.  I like how the world kept changing and was dynamic instead of being static.  I probably was doing this wrong, but the 'E' to purge all pollution?  I could not seem to make it work.  Nonetheless, great game, with a valuable message.  Great job.

Hi Beyond Titans,

I really enjoyed the game.   My only criticism is that gameplay lagged or seemed to run slow.  So that made gameplay not so smooth.

Positives: I thought the mechanics of the game were well done.   The sound was on point (doors- opening/closing, shooting humans vs.  shooting barrels, picking up keycards). It was cool to upgrade and change form.  I was worried at first because I couldn't strafe as a tank :D  but once I changed form it was over for the humans.   The station looked very dark, atmospheric and dreary.  Not brightly lit and giving off a happy vibe.  Overall, I thought it was well done.

Whew... I went to submit my project and I was 15 seconds passed the deadline.  Thank you for yall's carefully considered extension

At the last minute, I uploaded the wrong game.  And then my submission was deleted.  I am feeling ways about it

Well that explains it!  I was not using a VR anything with it.  I thought it was a windows file.  Thanks for the reply!  I see, the description of the game explains it all.  My apologies.
