Great puzzle game, pretty relaxing to play. Interesting story, wonder what happens when they get to the moon.

Well I hope you enjoyed it in the long run, Thanks for playing. :)

thank you for playing and for the kind words. Glad you enjoyed the experience. And yeah, I kinda missed the mark on the balance for the last boss, but I also didn't want to give an infinite number of retries either.

there is. You can use the guard to block his attack.

Thank you playing and for the feedback. Glad you enjoyed it.

2 north. Then run west, then south, then east. Yeah, your not the only one, I think I'd reword that riddle if I redid the game.

must've missed that then. Lol

This was great. a cute enjoyable experience, there isn't anything to complain about. Though, I am wondering who or what moved that MASSIVE tree.

This was fun, I like the idea of collecting ammo by narrowly avoiding getting hit, Though the ammo counter isn't very visible. Back ground music would help a lot. I hit the final stage, where I had infinite ammo and just jumped up the mountain and sat there a "firing meh laser" until I won.

I think this has some potential, But I had some issues around the controls. I already move super fast, I don't think a dash is necessary, but I think you should have a way to cancel the attack animation, I found myself getting hit a lot because I was locked into an animation, and felt like the enemies attacks are always faster, and kept running off the edge over and over because the character speed.

Looks like his could be fun, but I just don't play smash style games often so take my feedback with a grain of salt. That being said, the animations were all very nice and fluid.

I really enjoyed how the camera moved in this, and the art between levels were very nice and told the story quite well.

Thank you for playing and all the feedback on your stream. :) And Thank you for the kind words.

thanks for playing and for the really nice comments. Much appreciated. Hope you enjoyed the story and my game. :)

thanks for playing. I appreciate the comments. You're not the only to have issues in the forest, if I were to do it again, I'd redesign it, I was trying to make the player really feel lost by making them feel like they didn't know what they were doing, and a lot of people really over thought the riddle.

And yes. Both the timer and getting hit don't impact the game(at least until the last level), and it was a design choice as I felt like that hurt the experience in the end, but the systems are still there to try and get you to feel pressure.

Overall, I hope you enjoyed the experience and story of the game. And thank you for the feedback. :)

Very solid entry, I found it fun and enjoyable. Though I will say I kept trying to treat it more like a traditional platform "Oh, i'll just move and jump over the enemy" and then move through the enemy and die. LOL

I saw your comment about some of the jumps not being possible, was the jump from day to night where the icy looking blocks were one, I just could never seem to get high enough to get up there. Were you trying to go for like one of those rage jumper games? if so, I think you're on the right track, but if not, I would consider adding in checkpoints that you can respawn at if you fall far enough, bc its really frustrating to get knocked off by a bat and them end up blocking the path so you have to shoot them until they die. But I think you did really a really nice job over all.

Fun quick highscore game. i'm on #teamKeyboardControls too. and maybe being able to BAM when Monke is on barrel CD, I felt like you can get really punished if you happen to mistime one barrel. Art style is great. "Banan"

fun quick little game, like the mechanic of having the boss hit dark you.

I enjoyed this, this was fun. no complaints really, I will say I agree with some of the other comments, the controls on the keyboard just feel awkward to me.

I liked this. the combat felt pretty good and I like the style. a few suggestions I'd have: no acceleration and deceleration movement, it was more frustrating than fun, I had similar issues in my earlier games. music loop felt short, maybe a longer track or multiple tracks that can cycle. and additions of sound affects would help combat feel a lot better.

But I love the arrow fire and the spinning, it overall felt very solid and fun to play.

Fun Game, It took me a minute to fully understand what was happening, but a very intriguing concept that I did enjoy. Found a bug where after the game is over, you can just keep jumping on the submit frame button. Lol

Thank you for playing. Hoped you enjoyed playing. And I'm glad you liked feel of the game.

fun game, even tho I was told to deliver the stars to the black hole, it did register to me that I needed to deliver the star to the black and sat confused for the first playthrough on why I wasn't getting points, buts that would be a me thing. UI is a bit lacking. Music and sprites were nice. Nice Game.

thanks for playing. Glad you enjoyed the experience. :) I was definitely going for a more narrative driven experience in this game. I did have plans to further flesh out the boss fights and have a whole other level in between the 2nd and 3rd, but you know how it can get in jams. Lol

I'm glad you got it working! sounds were not me though, all the art was by me, So thank you. Thank you for playing, and glad you enjoyed the experience! :)

(1 edit)

Yeah, that would be my recommendation, give it a minute. if it still doesn't load in there's not much I can do bc that would be an issue between your computer and the website.

to clarify, are you hitting run game and the game isn't loading? or are you getting to the start screen hitting start and the game isn't starting? in the case of the first one, you might need to let it load for a minute.

hmmm, you're the first person to have this issue. Have you tried reloading the page? or is the game not loading?

Thank you for playing!

Fun game, I found that I was getting a little frustrated when I got to the color puzzle bc its not immediately obvious your suppose to climb the wall. but I found it in the end. good job

Just wish I could narrow down when and how its happening, note to self, include sound slider in all future projects. Thanks for playing!

I like who smooth the controls were in this. like comments below, its not obvious at the beginning what you're suppose to shoot, and the the drones being invincible doesn't help. But I'd did like the the bullet hell aspect of the drones with the laser and being able to dodge through them. I get that its a computer A.I. boss, but the fact that its stationary allowed me to just hold down the mouse in the same spot and just worry about the laser, which made it easier than expect, not sure if that was the intention or not.

Pixel art and music was very solid.:)

thanks for playing. Were you using headphones or speakers when you played?  You're not the only that had that audio problem and I wanna try to narrow down what the problem might be.

Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed the music.

there's an interactable hint that pops up in the middle of the forest that basically tells you how to move.  But thanks for playing.

Fun game, I like the Mono color scheme, it really works I thinks. the player acceleration feels a little awkward though

I enjoyed this, though I had to restart the game, I wish there was a way to skip the dialog.

Thank you! I'm really glad you enjoyed it! :)

Thanks for playing, hope you enjoyed the experience.

fun tower defense-esc game. is the last level designed to be unbeatable? my CD's couldn't keep up with the flow of knights. Fun Experience

Thank you for playing. :) and yeah, that was the biggest thing was level 4, I already have the patched post jam version available to play, its linked to on the jam page.
