Cool idea on having to tap X before the portal appears a little bit ahead. I'm sure that can be extended into other mechanics. Fun game overall, congratulations!

Nice game! Congrats!

Nice spooky vibe! The ramp-up of difficulty should happen faster, and maybe adding a different type of challenge or enemy would increase the depth of it. With that said, great entry, the music and visual style comes great together. Congratulations on it!

Nice platformer game! I really liked the visual style, congrats on the submission!

Nice game! It feels really nice to control the car with the mouse. I found the game extremely hard and the road too punishing, so maybe you could reduce the difficulty in the start, since it's so satisfying to drive it. Congrats on the game!

I enjoyed the graphic style! I feel like the parts where you hide the clues don't add much, but solving the riddle is a cool mechanic. Congratulations on the submission!

Great idea on the house turning!! Looking forward to see what a future game with this idea will look like

Amazing style choice, both with the sprites and the music as they are very well fitting together. Some mechanical depth would have been nice, but as a proof of concept for the style this rocks, congratulations!

Nice game! I enjoyed the concept and the level design! I did 4:23

I had good fun playing this, congrats on the submission! Two quick wins to improve the game: the enemies can spawn in the same location as you, which feels unfair; there is no visual feedback to know if an enemy got hit. I enjoyed having to run away on the map due to the enemies following me.

Great approach to theme! Short and sweet, I enjoyed every line of the story as it's well put together. Congratulations on the submission!

Really cool idea! I liked how your goal is to balance a war instead of taking part in one, as most games do. I see a lot of potential in this, but I do think you should think about reducing the "numbers noise", as there are too many stats to be able to take strategic decisions. In the end, I found myself spamming cards from both decks and the balance remained. Congratulations on the game, it's very nice!

This game is a vibe!! A cyberpunk pizza driver? What's cooler than that? The controls are also very sharp and the music is very well-picked and varied for the theme. I can see this turning into a fully-fledged game. Congratulations on the submission!

As Thracco said, not a game per se, but a cool idea that really makes you think for a bit. Thanks for presenting it!

Very creative game! You are onto something great with the mechanic of controlling both shields. I would suggest adding a downside to having the shields be big (maybe slower?) as I spent my whole time in the maximum size. I could also add that I would have liked the difficulty to spike faster (shooting enemies add a lot of fun). Congratulations on such a nice entry!
PS. The possibility of changing the colors is the icing on the cake, nice touch

Hey! Would love to see you try and comment our platformer game, where the character can inflate and deflate (2 dimensions!). It takes around 5 minutes to complete: https://itch.io/jam/gamedevtv-jam-2023/rate/2089827

Loved being trapped on a charger haha. Nice idea!

I really enjoyed this game! The mechanic is simple and understandable, but deep enough to have crunchy puzzles. The beautiful aesthetics and fun name help create a great packaged game. Congratulations on this great submission!

Very nice presentation! While the music is nice, it can get quite repetitive as it is a short loop. Congratulations on the submission!

Nice submission! The old-school graphics are neat and it plays very well. I found the third level a bit difficult, especially with some collider issues, but that didn't stop me from enjoying the previous two. Congratulations!

It's very hard to control and to understand how the movement should happen. Based on the game description, it is a cool and interesting idea, so I would love to see that further developed.

The mechanic is quite elegant! I can see how, with more time refining the game and adding incentives to keep going past the first minutes, it could turn into a nice and quick mobile game. Nice job!
Top score: 9

Thanks! It was on the nice-to-have bucket, and finally got some time towards the end to add it.

Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks! You can press K to become a blowfish to smash the enemies

The following mechanic, on a puzzle game, for the enemies is brilliant, nice job! I also think it's really well polished for a jam - the graphic style and the music fit perfectly. If I had to pick a point to improve, I would say that having smaller intro levels would make it more approachable, as it's quite complex (specially for me, someone who cannot do two things at the same time haha).
Congratulations on this great submission!!

The visual style is very neat! Amazing job considering it was made in just 6 hours :)

The game is crashing when pressing Play Game on Itch :(

Really fun and well polished arcade racing game!

Nice puzzle game! I especially enjoyed the beautiful aesthetic!

This was our first game ever and we are amazed at the fact that we were able to finish in time, even when working fulltime. Thanks to GameDev.tv for organizing it and good luck to everyone else!

We would love to receive some feedback on our game, Fugu, and see which fields and issues we completely overlooked:

We are very excited to see which cool concepts people came out with, so please, post your game below and we´ll play it!
