Wow! I played Zumbi Blocks when I was younger and was so awesome. Very nice to see a sequence, nostalgic feelings!

Nice! I'll play it soon! :)

Hi, @MarcusFromOz! Thanks for the feedback, the double jump alert fix is under development right now. Nice point about the collision, we will try to make it clearer (maybe showing an example in a picture). :)

Very fun game! It has smooth movements and transitions, outstanding light effects and a very well chosen soundtrack/sound effects set.

Hi @Metalstorm! Thanks for playing our game and sharing it into your livestream (you got a new sub!). We wrote down your feedback and we'll use it to improve the game!! I agree with you about the game over screen transition and positioning, hadn't noticed it before.

I played a lot! The story and gameplay are great!

I think the choice of assets is strange, each one has a different aesthetic, it ended up not resulting in a cohesive look.

Yes! We are a team of one programmer and one artist, and all the code and artwork for the game was done by us in the Game Jam period.

For programming we use Unity, for art we use Krita and Blender, which are two open source software :)

Thanks for the feedback!

Ah, the game has double jump! We ended up forgetting to tell on the controls screen, sorry.

We plan to fix this as soon as Game Jam is done, thanks for the feedback!

No, the player got stuck. I took a printscreen of it, maybe it can help (all the mirrors was reflecting gold, but if the path was incorrect pls tell me):

Very creative use of theme! At first I was a little lost, it would be useful to have a map in the protagonist's room, but still the signs in the hallway helped a lot!

Great idea!

I just don't quite understand how the player can recognize the real or fake items, maybe if it were possible to see the seller, and looking for inconsistencies would be easier. An example: an archer tries to lie to you saying that he cut a dragon's horn with his sword.

Cool idea! If the character moves faster it will be more fun and responsive.

Nice! The game was beautiful, the voice acting is also very good! The game only needed a few more puzzles, the entire game only had two, and I didn't quite understand the logic of the final puzzle.

Really nice game, the shotting mechanics is pretty cool! The game font is awesome, it matches perfectly the game theme. :)

A few tips: I just think that the camera could be a little bit more distant than current one to be easier to see scenario and calculate the shot parable. Also, his walking animation could be a little faster and natural (by moving less his legs).

Really nice sound effects and attack mechanics! Also, the game visuals are pretty incredible! :)

I will just add a few tips: to make the movement a bit smoothier and reduce the volume of the dying sound effect.

Nice puzzle game! I liked the Indiana Jones visual style and the gameplay.

I will just add some few tips: I think that the message about getting stuck could be shown less often, and not always be on the screen. Also, I found a bug that I got stuck in the penultimate mirror to the gold (in the first phase).

I really liked the audio style and the colorful scenario! I think you did a pretty good job with the sound FX and animations. :)

Here are some tips to improve it: I found a bug with the character getting bald (her hair move a bit forward) and noticed that the ground is moving "faster" than the obstacles.

Loved the pixel art and the movement (very smooth)! Like Brohmyr, I'm a little confused about how the game links with the jam theme.

Very impressive! I can't see any point to improve, the game is already amazing!

Cool idea. But it's strange that every time the pickaxe ends, a screen appears with the option to restart, the same is repeated when the area collapses, it would be better if they were just warnings on the hud, which didn't interrupt the game experience.

The visuals are really cool!

I can't get very far, is it all based on luck? Or is there a way to find out which are the blocks of evil without dying?

(1 edit)

Nice! I think it's a good idea to keep refining and expanding after the game jam. All the game needs is some power ups and some way to show the player that he is progressing, maybe dividing enemies by hordes will work.

Hi! Yes, there is one little bug in the jump animation, we will fix it soon. Thanks for the feedback! :)

Thanks, @Windblaze! :D

Thanks, @ANRQAngel!  :D

Hi! Thanks for the feedback, it is important to us know what the players think about the game! :)

Hi! Thanks for playing it! :)

Hi, Josep! The wall jump was intentional, we just forgot to add it into the Commands section. Thanks for the reminder!

Thanks for the feedback! I will search more into the platform bug. The double jump was a really nice reminder, I will add it into the Commands section. :)

Thanks for the comment! About jumping, can you give more details? Is it a problem with acceleration, animation or some kind of bug?

The timer stops when no enemies are coming, but your suggestion makes sense, we can change that in a next version after game jam feedbacks, thank you for the suggestion!

Very creative idea! Unfortunately I didn't find anyone while playing.

I think the look of the ground and barriers could also follow the low poly aesthetic of the trees.

Good idea! it would be more rewarding if you could see what you got from digging each block, or how much gold the character has already collected.

The game mechanics are pretty impressive, with a little more refinement it can be a great game!

In addition to the minimap, I think it would be good to work more on the scenario, putting some elements that can serve as a reference point for the player, or an easier alternative would be to make the floor have different colors in different areas, as if they were "biomes", this way it would be easier to find your way around, and it would be clearer in which direction the player should go.

I really liked the looks and the ambiance! I found the controls a bit difficult, maybe getting more inspiration from some top down shooters would make the game more responsive and dynamic.

The game was very good, congratulations to the team!

Hi, thanks for the feedback! He sure is pretty adorable :D Just two in this submission: me (dev) and my friend (game artist)
