I can fix her

What a lovely little experience this was. Thanks for making art.

A silly little feels trip. Perfect for a Monday night when you're two beers in.

Oh hey!! This made my day. Thanks bud :) Maybe it is time to put on the gamedev gloves again.

Man, I forgot about this! I'll have to fire it up again, I very much enjoyed the experience the first time around.

Lmao this guy doesn't even play Bloodborne

Thanks for your kind words! That means a lot :)

Yeah, you'd think "not plugging my computer into the obvious plot element" would be more common knowledge. Oh well. But thank you! I'm glad to hear that :)

I completely agree on the skip text button. But thank you! That's so rad, I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

Been saving yours for the end, because I was so excited to play it! We're like sci-fi horror CCTV bros :) anyway, loved it. That first jumpscare got me, and I loved poring through all the logs. They left just enough story to the imagination while giving those crumbs of context needed to tell a short story. Would love to see this project expanded on in time, maybe with more logs to find, some puzzles, a chance to find (and fight? and lose against?) the anomaly, etc. Seriously, good work!

Great adventure game! This genre isn't really my cup of tea, but I enjoyed the presentation and the story. I had the same issues as everyone else (namely the inability to combine items), but otherwise it was a solid production. Keep up the good work!

Cool game! I never played Parasite Eve, but I think I recognize that combat sphere (or whatever you call it). Excellent aesthetic, loved the soft randomness to the maps as well. A tutorial would have prevented a few of those early deaths, but overall, well done!

Kept getting killed by big balls :/

Excellent aesthetic though. Loved the cassette tape. Made me not so scared of the first ball.

I love tactical turn-based games like this, so I was surprised to see one in a horror game jam! Great game all around. I think the other commenters have done a good job of hashing out exactly what this game needs: a tutorial, better indicators of what to do and how to use things, etc. I picked up repair kits but couldn't figure out what to do with them. I also wasn't sure if there was a definitive ending—I played it a few times and walked around slaying monsters, but always died in time. Still, this was a lot of fun! Genuinely looking forward to seeing what else you can create.

Great game! Picked up the second gun in the knick of time, and it felt great. I got killed by a bee :(

You're telling me this game has a great aesthetic, enjoyable gameplay, decent sound design, actual replay value, AND realistic lighting effects? Dude.

Add some more gameplay elements—maybe new enemy types, another map or two, some music, some powerups, a boss fight—and I would actually pay a few bucks for this. Seriously, excellent job.

Couldn't quite figure out where I was supposed to go. The monster roar got me a few times, but as it always sounded the same distance away, it got old pretty quickly.

Still, I saw a patch of leaves moving and thought they were a mountain lion, and that got me right spooked.

Very fun puzzle platformer! Love the monsters and creepy floors and spikes and such. The platforming was a little floaty, and I'm also just enough of an idiot that the puzzles are too damn hard for me, so I couldn't get to the first tent.

A cute, short horror puzzle game. That third level actually took me a few tries. Well done!

It really makes you feel like a terrible person!

Cute aesthetic and good puns, but I went in not knowing it was unfinished :| I just sort of wandered around looking for things to do. Not sure if I missed some vital plot point or even a soundtrack?

Thank you! That means a lot :) I absolutely agree about the skip text button, I'll be sure to implement that as soon as I can.

Oh man. The creators of the beloved "Do Not Look at the Moon" played MY game? Legendary. Thank you so much!

That's so good to hear! Thanks so much for playing and enjoying it.

Thank you so much! Don't worry, it's coming :)

I wish I knew what the hell was going on, but definitely an enjoyable experience overall!

The story is too spooky for me :( clever idea for a game jam!

The opening exposition was a little long, and it wasn't immediately clear that I had to return to the green point when drawing. However, it's a very neat concept for a game jam! Well done.

Felt like I was back on Coolmathgames.com. Loved it

I looked at the moon. Got'em

That's good to hear! Thanks for your kind words :D

Thank you! That means so much, I really appreciate it :)

Thank you so much! I'd never heard of that series, it sounds rad as heck.

A solid little project! Would love to see it extended a bit more than the 60 second experience. I liked the (SPOILER) eyes in the walls, very spooky. I do wish the footsteps were a bit quieter, or removed altogether.

Move over Back 4 Blood, the real zombie horde killer is here

Seriously though, fun game. Was the knife supposed to prevent item drops? I tried a few times to get to the end, but kept running out of bullets. The game has a fun look and feel to it regardless!

Great aesthetic for a short horror game. I liked all the references to other games! My only issue was that I stopped being able to transform after the first level, so I ran around mass-stealth-killing people. I guess that makes the parasite that much more horrifying, though. Nice job!

That's good to hear, thanks for saying so :)

Thank you for your comment! I'm glad you enjoyed it for what it is.

Thanks for your comment! I'm planning on implementing all the features you mentioned (especially the skip button), but it's good to have a definitive list of player interests. Much appreciated!

Thank you so much! I'm going to release another game in this universe (at some point), so you can look forward to more lore then :)
