So sorry for the late reply but this is exactly what I meant!!! So cool, and thanks so much for taking the time to do something with my feedback! I really really love this!! Using the old sounds (and ditching the heavy use of reverb) immediately transfers you back to when you were a kid playing the SNES, whereas your initial production doesn't really grab that nostalgia, I don't mean any offense. In my opinion you nailed it with this second production.

I just wanted to say thanks to you all for being an inspiration. I have been stuck in a rut, making music, but this jam has re-ignited a fire that was long dorment. Your music was inspiring, your comments were heartwarming, and this experience was just so wholesome. I honestly don't expect to "win" anything, but I feel like I already won, just by interacting with some of you.

Good luck to all of you, I've heard amazing stuff this past week. Keep up the good work you lovely people!

I'm amazed at the lovely comments on my submission. Wonderful community. But I'm also inspired by everone's music and passion!

Thanks my man! Appreciate it very much!

Haha thanks man! "Listenable" is pretty much what I went for haha

What a unique sounding OST, it's beautifull. I'm guessing you are a guitarist? LOVE the sound of them especially, and it's inpiring, because you don't usually hear guitar all that much in soundtracks for games like these. Great job my man.

Damn, the part at 01:35 gave me instant goosebumps. Very good piece!!! Thanks!

Wow, you really went all in with these pieces! So cool you provided the scores as well. The music to me screams JRPG. Well written and captivating use of melody. Great job!

Oh man this gives me such Chrono Cross vibes, I love it. Very well done, you tickled my everlasting JRPG itch.

Thank you so much!

Thanks so much for taking the time to listen!

Thanks so much for the lovely words!!! Thank YOU

This is amazing! It gives me Nier and Akira vibes, yet you very much have your own sound. One of the best submissions I've heard so far, if not THE best

Great submission dude, you should be proud. I don't know of you're open to feedback, and it isn't really feedback, at least not on the compositional side of your work, because I have nothing but love for it. But I wonder how this would sound without reverb. I get that you're going for an orchestral feel, but I love those dry midi sounding soundtracks you hear in games like Sea of Stars for example. I'd love to hear less reverb heavy versions! But again excellent work!

Damn dude, you really set a nice tone here. I love your meandering sounds. It fits the theme really well. Great submission!

I'm so glad you liked them! Thank you for the lovely compliment!

Thanks so much!

You're too kind! Thanks so much... I'm gonna try to write a more expansive explenation to my imaginary game!

Thanks so much for your kind words! I'm gonna try to write a more detailed story, that's good advice ;)

That's so nice to hear! Thank you! I'm new to this place, but I've already seen that this community is amazing ;)

Thanks!!! Yeah I get you might have a feeling of disconnect to the theme. To me the picture just reminded me of Celeste, and from there I just created a Celeste type game in my head. So no the music isn't directly inspired by the picture itself, it's more inspired by what the picture reminded ME of.

Keep up the good work my man! The fact that you had such little time to compose this yet delivered should give you the motivation to get back to composing. Would love to hear what you're capable of given more time, because this is very nice!

I like it a lot! Recently played Sea of Stars and I can totally hear your music playing during certain "cutscenes". Well done!

All your tracks are great submissions and they work really well together as a cohesive soundtrack, but the one that stood out to me the most was M1. I love how you created an orchestral soundtrack but also added some weird sounds, it makes your compositions sound distinct, and they add to the imagination. Very well done!

You did an awesome job here, the part where it calmes down with the solo violin, I love it, you choose some notes that are unexpected but they create a uniqueness. Would love to hear other "levels" to this "game" ;)

Again, thanks so much ;)

Celeste was a huge inspiration for these pieces, and I'm glad you hear that. That soundtrack by Lena Raine deserves all the attention it can get. Anyway thank you so much for your kind words!

Thanks dude! So glad to hear postive feedback on the chiptune/acoustic blend. There are many chiptune purists out there I figure that see this as cheating or something. I dunno, maybe not, but at least I'm glad it pleases some people ;)

I'm really glad to hear you think it worked out! Thanks so much, means a lot ;)

Thank you!!

Thanks so much, also for saying the pieces kept being interesting. It's something I really strive for, but sometimes I'm scared going overboard, because as the composer you get bored pretty quickly after repeated listening. It's a delicate balance sometimes xD

Thanks!!! Who knows what comes out of this jam, but the lovely comments already give me incentive to try and make more. Thanks again ;)

Thank you man! I'm actually always pretty insecure about production so thats really nice to hear!

Very nice! Quirky sense of composition and the production is great as well!

I listened to the music before reading your story, and I immediately thought of JRPS, which I love. You NAILED it. Great job.

I liked all your tracks but "Lost in the minds abyss" is especially excellent. Pretty incredible in fact! Fucking love it. Well done my man.

Very cool! Your music would fit great with a schmup or something, or even stuff like Nier Automata. Nicely done!

I loved this! You show a broad diversity, yet the tracks are tied together in a way that could very well work as a cohesive sountrack. Well done!!

Thank you so much!!
