Wow, absolutely love the art in this. It really has some great charm!!

Like the comment below I also did have some issues with controls idk how long I used the fan for LOL. Although , once I figured out that though everything clicked and it was great fun. Super original and cool concept.

Awesome work!!

<333 THANKS!!!!

haha super appreciate the compliments and feedback Sat_Less!

100% agreed that we might have missed the mark a bit with difficulty a bit on this. Since it was our first project we sort of aimed for around what we are comfortable with. This turned out to be a learning lesson this jam though since obviously we would be much more used to it. :(

Thanks for taking the time to play!! <3

Hey! Really appreciate the feedback.

We've heard this from a few people so far. Our intention wasn't to make it too hard so its disappointing to see we missed the mark a bit there.
Definitely are going to try and scale difficulty a bit better in future projects. Thanks for giving it a shot!

Thanks so much!! <3

Hey Octartis, really appreciate the kind words!

That's too bad about your FPS - We have noticed that is the case for a few folks. Going forward we definitely look to make performance more of a priority in our future projects!

Thanks again for playing :)

hahah I would of loved to have it too. Thanks so much for playing and the kind words frozenfist123!!

We might sneak some in when we update post-jam ;)

Wow.. super super nice comment! Thank you so much! <3

thanks!!! we are quite happy with what we were able to pull together - it was definitely a stressful time but a fun one! (Definitely going to be doing more and starting earlier next time LOL)

It's funny, the idea of having different minigames was actually intended to be included but it had to be scrapped for sake of time.

These are some great ideas though which I will definitely be adding to our idea document, super grateful for your feedback. You seem to have a good eye for mechanic design!

Aw, thanks so much for playing, woona!

it was actually everyone on our teams first time ever time making a "full game" so to speak. (Besides one of us doing some modding work) So I really appreciate the kind words.

Agreed on the gameplay. I know it generic to say in a game jam, but I definitely wish we had more time to give it a bit more substance - starting 4 days late didn't help 😭.

I think we might look to expand it a bit after the jam, so I would love to hear your thoughts then :)

Thank you so much for playing and leaving your feedback, it means a lot. I hope you have a great rest of your day!

Hey sorry for not replying to the comment, for some reason I thought I did but I guess I didn't lol :(

Thanks so much for the kind words.

It's funny you say that because we ended up actually tuning the difficultly down significantly right before release but obviously not enough :(( we also had a bug within the first 4 hours of release that made the game basically impossible as well - not sure when you downloaded )

Overall though I really appreciate the feedback and wanna say thank you so much for giving the game a shot and playing - I hope you have a wonderful day! :)

Aw thanks!

I agree 100%, like I mentioned in the below comment we started this jam quite late so time was a big issue. I think if we are to update this after the jam we would 100% focus on getting in more horror elements. It really was the direction we were trying to push the project but in the end a lot of the cool ideas had to get scrapped :(

I really appreciate you taking the time to give the game a shot and leave feedback though - means a lot <3

Appreciate the kind words - means a lot!

Yeah I agree with you as well :( We only ended up really starting this Jam on Tuesday so time was quite the issue.
If I had the time back I definitely would have tried to get something more fulfilling in.

Thanks so much for playing though :)

Great reactions! Thx for playing!

Thanks so much for playing :)

WOW! This is suuuper cool. Super simple but such a addicting little loop - gfx is super clean too.

Really well done!

Really like the art for the game, super pretty ability cards. I also think the way the "overload" mechanic was implemented was super cool and well thought out. Definitely leads to some interesting situations.

Very solid stuff!!!

As many folk's have said before me, the audio in this game is wonderful I really enjoyed my experience with it.

Not sure if a bug, or maybe a PEBCAK but was the the task on the computer in the first room supposed to be that hard ? (Constantly drifting to the right?)

All in all though, excellent job on the project.

Really cool stuff - definitely felt the overwhelming feeling maybe a little too fast (?)

Very solid game though, nice job!

What a cool idea! I love the idea of picking up extra jobs and having to balance all that - definitely ties into that overloaded feeling well.

Nice job!

Cool stuff, I really like the graphical aesthetic you went for + the monster is pretty creepy lol

Was a bit buggy on my machine with the intro but I assume it was because of my res - (2560x1440p)
Basically it seemed like only a corner of the screen was darkened when I reached the door.

Would love to see this polished up a bit - nonetheless it was a nice experience!

Very cool game!

I really like the weight of the driving, it makes me want to be able to drift but not sure how well that would work with all the packages LOL

Also the art style is very clean, looks great!

Good stuff 👍

My pleasure!

I was mashing keys on my keyboard a bit to figure out so maybe I hit it on the first level without realizing? That could very well be my bad.

Loooove the use of 2D - 3D. Slashing a big wave of enemies off the side is SUPER satisfying.

Really cool entry, nice job!

WOW, art style in this is beautiful. Reminds me of some kids books from my childhood.

Overall though, gameplay is fun and I do feel overwhelmed / overloaded having so many people waiting. I do wish it was overall a bit faster but I feel the slowness does kinda add to that overwhelmed feeling.

Great job!

Super cool, I always love seeing people making puzzle games.

Like the comment below I was very very confused on what button's to press. You mentioned a popup but I ended up initially failing the second level due to still not knowing, maybe I missed something.

Clicked once I figured out the buttons though. Cool entry!

Haha, thank you!! We are definitely debating on doing some cool updates after the jam!

Thank you so much!

Super neat entry. I love the vibes the overall art style and aesthetic bring!

hahaha such a bit of fun!!

I loved the graphics, super cool game!

As almost everyone said, but I need to say, the graphics were superb on this!

I really enjoyed my time with this and I think the overload mechanic on the spells is a super cool idea. Forces me to keep using my spells if I don't wanna use the risky versions!

Overall, great work!!!

Short and sweet but I loved my time with it.

The graphics are super cute and the gameplay was super fun. Definitely felt a bit over'well'med at a few points ;)

Really great stuff!

Great stuff, I really liked the art and it was a blast propelling myself around lol

LOOVE the aesthetic of this, I am a super big fan of the cutesy / violence clash.

I do feel the connection to the theme is a little loose, but overall this was a joy to play - good stuff!

Very pretty visuals, I really loved the art. (Including the spinning cats on the main menu lol)

Also ties well to the theme, was hard not to feel overloaded playing this. Awesome job!

Really appreciate it!

We initially wanted to do more but like you said time is hard :( - If we do update after the jam that may very well be the direction we go.
Also we tried the web export but it seems it was quite tricky to "capture" the mouse so we scrapped it, again, due to lack of experience in godot and time. I would have loved to get it working in the web though!

Thank you so much for playing :)

Wow excellent capturing of the theme here, I definitely felt overloaded while playing it lol.
I also very much enjoyed the art style and sound. Very fun game.

Like other commentators have said, the controls are a little rough with a mouse. I would love to see an expanded version with those controls fixed :)

Awesome stuff.

I loved the art direction and it was super satisfying to just run around and mess up the house.

Honestly, I feel bad for the Nanny after what I did..
Super good work, most definitely a solid contender.

WOW!
Such an original game with such a cool premise, reminds me of Spy Party lol.

I definitely felt overloaded. super super well done controls, graphics, and audio as well.
Nice work!!!

I think this is a super cool concept. Loved the different types of ghosts as well!

One suggestion would be that when at the shop seeing what the items are would be cool (Maybe that's possible and I couldn't figure it out lol)

Nice stuff!
