I agree completely with the dice not being implemented in the best away. Having the questions themselves not really affect how much the sus-meter will increase sort of can ruin your game if you get unlucky with the rolls. For example, I've seem some people go for not-suspicious questions because they think it'll help them, and then at then at the end they have no information to decide who the criminal is so they end up guessing. If there is one thing I should take away from this jam, it's that I should think things out more before I start working. It was my first Game Jam though so I'm glad I actually finished something. Also, while working on the game I started referring to the meter in code as the sus-meter so it was easier to type out :)

It's short, but I really like the concept! Maybe you could expand on it a bit and make it longer? It would be cool to see what happens to the people after you give them their luck.

Really liked the idea and game! One thing though is that it can be hard to  tell where your die will end up when planning out a stage because the background is solid grey. Maybe add a grid, or a grid option?

The presentation and art style were really good!

It was fun! It would be cool to have a way to speed up the game during the enemy's turn though

This game was really fun! Besides the game suddenly crashing, I don't know what other improvements you guys should make! I kept wanting to play after it turned black

Thank you!

That might be it maybe i misinterpreted the rules. I’ll try it again later!

Thanks!

Rolling as the dice was a lot of fun! One thing I would though is make it more clear what you're doing. For example, there was the text in the beginning that explained the story, but I was still a bit confused what the dice powerup things did. Great game otherwise!

The art style is really good! The game's really hard, so I  didn't get very far, but it's fun. I'll maybe try it again later to see if I can get farther.

Really cool concept! I like the different types of weapons.

how

I really like the idea and game! If you were to ever revise this, maybe have the camera more zoomed out so you can see more?

Art and music are awesome! I like how by the end you're basically rolling the entire board. One suggestion though is that it is a bit confusing to figure out what all of dice do.

Holy macaroni how'd you guys do all that animation in 48 hours?!? The game is really fun and the art style is even better! One suggestion I'd give is that when the player runs out of dice maybe make it easier to get attack dice again?

Yeah, I really should of shortened the wall of text at the beginning. If I revise this, I'll definitely change that. Modifiers to the amount of suspicion you get from dice depending on the question you ask would be a good addition too.

The sounds and visuals were so crunchy! It was super fun when you chain hits off of enemies!

I liked the board aesthetic! The gameplay was fun and it was kind of funny how the hardest enemy in the game was myself because I kept jumping off the ledge after hitting an enemy.

I liked the TV aesthetic! Balancing the game more, like adding the ability to rotate both left and right, might help a bit with difficulty though!

The idea is really good! If you were to ever revise this, like other people have said, you should add a cooldown to the shooting. If you don't spam though the game is really fun!

The game was really fun! I like how the text box on the right read out what everything that was happening on screen. The art style and vocals were awesome too! How'd you guys do the vocals?

I really like the aesthetic! It was a bit hard to understand what everything meant and what I was selecting at first, but after that It was really fun!

I really like the idea of this game! After the Jam you guys should maybe work on this more. The idea of using tripwires to kill enemies is really cool!

I really liked the simple visuals! The game was hard too! The crunchy sounds are nice too. This might just be me, but I couldn't get shooting to work. It was right click, right?

The art was really good! my favorite design is probably the ring of swords card or the big boss like enemy. If you guys were to ever work on this again maybe add a bit more audio and such.

Yeah, if there's one thing I'd change it's the wall of text at the start. Thanks for playing though!

The idea for this game is fun and awesome!!!! The idea is really cool, you should do more with it!

The idea is really fun and the execution is also good! I found a way to get out of the map :))

Sound design is awesome!

Really cool puzzle design! Very calming

This is awesome!!!!

The way the dice jumps up a bit when you let it go is really satisfying!

Atmosphere was awesome! The train slowing down when you don't in fuel was also a really cool detail.

I kind of like the wacky physics, it allows you to do cool skips and stuff. It was a fun game overall!

I really like the balancing! It's like you can control the difficulty without there being an actual difficulty setting

I really like how you can hit the die your protecting, causing it to bounce into the enemies! It adds a bit of strategy.

I really liked the mix of 2D and 3D! The boss at the end was awesome too!

I'm a beginner so I wanted to make a game to learn how to use Unity. I've finished the game so I'm posting it here.
