Really nice design and graphics, chill sounds and music, all works really well. Had the game stutter on me sometimes (when getting poisoned or some other new effect is introduced) but it did continue shortly after.

Great little underdeveloped game. I may or may not not have obtained the unobtainable chests, The pokemon vibes hit me at the first encounter :). Not quite sure how the fight works, but I somehow managed not to die. Good chiptune sounds too!

Nice job on this platformer! Well done on the animations and graphics. Controls were a bit difficult at times, particularly jumping.

Cute little game! I liked the different activities, well done on all the animations :). I got stuck because of a few bugs I think, could not advance the day anymore. But I got some medals!

Really well done game! It is way too hard for me haha but it works well, looks great, good audio, and fun mechanic!

Looks very nice, unfortunately I could not pass beyond the fox. Transforming into the fox does not allow me to jump high enough. Long press does not seem to do anything :(. Otherwise, really nice art and I like the transformation mechanic!

Thank you for your kind words! I love the animations too, made the player movement feel so much more alive.

Thank you! im glad you enjoyed it. Yes the wall grab is a little buggy 😅 I ran out of time. I spend an unreasonable amount of time on that lava 😆.

Love the quirky animations, especially the car :). Dont know if you can complete the game, I became an eagle and found no more worms with my bar half full. But either way, nicely done!

Clever mechanics! It plays really nicely, I liked that I could figure out the different abilities myself and how to solve the puzzles. I got stuck with the level where you need to be tiny and my character got duplicated a lot :D. But that aside well done on this fun little game!

Thanks so much for playing and the feedback! The dash mechanic was indeed a worry for me if people would figure it out. Glad you did!

Nice haha, im glad to see someone was able to solve the puzzle. glad you enjoyed it!

Great mechanic, it was very fun to play. The dice animations are really nicely made. I also had the 6 skull upgrade game crash happen, as was commented before :).

Shift-clicking dice so they would get immediately into the right slot would be a nice accessibility upgrade!

Nice little point and click adventure, impressive hand drawn animations!

What a cute little game, I really enjoyed it! The mechanics work well and I think you found a good balance with the resource (dice) management. It's challenging and the upgrades from the dice-o-mancer are all appealing. Having the dice transform to tie into the metamorphosis theme I thought was very clever.

Thank you for playing! Glad you had a good time at the traveling tavern :). Yeah I was quite proud crunching it out in such a short time.

Great work creating a functional game! I liked managing the food beforehand so I could serve it to the patrons whenever they came. Apple + chocolate = pizza?! :D

Thank you photo-fied! Fun to hear that you experienced time pressure from the teapot temperature haha. There currently is no punishment for being late. I intended to add patron waiting times but I couldn't add it before the deadline :').

Thanks blindword! I'm glad you enjoyed it. Originally I meant for the ingredients to be looked up in the foraging book and then you'd know which is what from the picture, but maybe that is a bit too obscure :).

Thank you Kully!

This was a really neat little tavern manager game. These are not easy to balance so well done on getting a working feedback loop with money coming in and out! Nice sprites and music create a cozy atmosphere.

Great little platformer! I didn't know I had a sword until the sign told me to defeat all enemies haha. It was pretty hard without sword until then! Nice music and animations. The jumping is a little hard sometimes but overal great game, well done!

This game was really fun, the patrons have a lot of personality and funny quirks. Took me way too long to find the plates haha. Really well done on this game!

Fun brew mechanic and nice interactions. I like that you learn the recipes from new patrons. I chuckled at brutus.

I like the atmosphere!

Hi, just wanted to let you know that the canva link is not working.

This was a wonderful story. The narration had me laugh out loud a few times! On my first run I was a lonely turtle escaping. That made me run again to save the fishies. That was an impressive amount of content!

Thank you!

For some reason the last choise sometimes drops out of the screen and you cant scroll to it. That might be the case here. You can select and drag the text to force the scroll down :P.

Update: we're currently a team of 3, and still open for an artist and musician to join in! Message me on Discord: Joozey

Hello! I am Joozey, and I do a bit of everything. Dabbling artist, experienced Dungeon Master and adventure writer, adept developer, papercrafter.

I'd love to collaborate with one or two people who'd like to give multiplayer interactive fiction a try for this jam, using Firebase and InkJS.

If you have ideas for a tiny (non-realtime) multiplayer story game, and bring any skill to the table, let's talk!

Devlog 2: implementing building costs! Audio recording quality got a bit low but have to do for now.

Hello, I'm currently working on my pet project: Spaceport Exo, which I'd like to share with the world.

The promotional summary goes something like this:
"In Spaceport Exo, you run a small spaceport on a remote planet. Visitors are scarce and you are not very well known. You and your employees barely make a living. That all may change when a unique business opportunity comes on your path. Can you work your way up to become the Galaxy's most renown Spaceport?"

Spaceport Exo will feature:

  • An intergalactic political opera, you start out as a pawn
  • In-depth economy
  • Various ships that have different requirements before they can land
  • Wide variety of resources
  • Local colonies and businesses with good and bad influence

This project has been restarted about five times on various different engines and platforms in the past 10 years. Two years ago I finally settled with the cross-platform library: LibGDX. I love this library, with its low-level approach I have a lot of freedom to toy around with OpenGL and optimise anything so it runs smooth on a target platform. Spaceport Exo will be available for Windows, iOS, Linux, Android and iPhone. Because LibGDX can compile cross-platform, I can re-use the core code and only revise the user interface for each platform, hopefully saving a lot of time.

If you have feedback and suggestions, I'll gladly hear of you!

Cheers,
Joozey

Cool, my first devlog:

I was bored and scavenging for some fun games. Then I found this one. It kept me busy for half an hour and I feel happy. Thanks for making this!
